Most importantly: we were beyond satisfied with the results. We had the luck to have Jaden Mortenson as our hairdresser. We asked for cuts (about 5 inches), long front layers, and washes/blowouts. He did an amazing job!! The girls' hair looked shiny and silky, healthy, and fabulous. The girls said Jaden even chit-chatted with them during their appointments. When we got to my sister-in-law's, she instantly asked me to share the salon info with her. Wishing we could move this place and Jaden back home!

When you look at this service on the website menu it say 60 mins for the same price listed. However, my service lasted 40 min, no extraction or scalp massage was given. I was so sad because I was looking forward to the scalp massage. When she was done she said "ok, get dressed and I'll meet you in the lobby". I looked at my clock it was only 40 mins. I felt so cheated but at this point didn't want to cause a seen. I asked her why I did not get 60 mins and she said I didn't have any extractions needed. Which is not true! And I don't feel like she even looked or attempted. I didn't bother asking about the scalp massage. I am not sure if stuff was cut short because I used a groupon?? Which I think is so wrong. I even tipped her on the full service price, despite not receiving what I paid for. She was nice and seemed professional until all was said and done. I hate reviewing people and really debated about doing this... but I feel like If you are offering a service then you should deliver. Even if I didn't have any "extractions" then you should fill the time with massage or something else. At the end of the day, I am paying for someone's time.. not the little serums put on my face.
