don't shop here. i paid $35 for a vape that wouldn't take a charge, tried multiple cables and got…read moresuper hot after. upon trying to return the faulty vape they wouldn't let me exchange it because it had been more than 24 hours since i purchased. the battery on the vape lasts multiple days, so how am i supposed to know it was bad? i came back in to try and reason with the lady after i realized there's no way i would have been able to know it was faulty until i tried to charge it. horrible customer service, texting the whole time instead of listening to the customer. sucks because my office is nearby but i will drive farther next time for someone that wants my business.

If you are thinking about trying this shop out of convenience, don't even do that. Nearly all of the QR codes that are meant to verify the products straight up do not work. You'll get an error message and then you realize it's a counterfeit. The owners of this shop, own the gas station and it's painfully obvious with their lottery ticket signs and cheap knockoff merchandise only a 2010 smoker could love. I have reported this place to the AG multiple times for their counterfeit products and clearly nothing has happened. It's really frustrating because I knew this place before it was Vape Time and it was used to be a shop that cared about its community and customers. This shop is devoid of emotion completely.
