The first time I came in, the staff was friendly, greeted me right away, and helped me compare different disposable vapes and juices. They answered my questions and gave decent recommendations based on what I usually smoke. On another visit, the attitude from the employee felt rushed and a little uninterested, especially when I asked about prices and possible issues with a device. It seemed like once the sale was done, they were not really open to talking about exchanges or problems with faulty products, which is frustrating considering how much these vapes cost. Overall, Vape City on Northwest Freeway is okay if you need something quick and close by, and the store itself looks good. Guy with crazy beard is very rude though, wanted to buy a bong that was missing a bowl and he wouldn't swap one from another so I could have a bowl.
