Sides are free, so I got the works (sour cream, bacon bits and caramelized onions). They were good, but not any better than the giant pack of frozen perogies you can get at the grocery store. This expensive snack-disguised-as-a-meal wasn't that filling, as it's so small. But if you've got money to burn, and you just want a quick, small bite on the road or before you get home, this is the place to go.

This is what I think that my bowl apart from my family's bowls that I found would be a little bit too heavy with the fried pierogies. The Polish lady who was working there was proud to say that they use real cheese, no jams are in the sweet dumplings, just crushed fruits. On my way out, another Polish customer was walking in, so that definitely added to the authenticity! Pierogies were really good! Much better than the run-of-the-mill pierogies available at your grocer's freezer. Starsky's carries these pierogies for $6.99, so it's slightly cheaper at the "outlet". Will stop by again and maybe try the sweet ones? They sort of freak me out tho.
