It got worse, and Nick came out and fixed the leak. It seems that a few nails had hit the water pipe, an installation error on EAA's part. Nick fixed the problem within one day, including the damage outside the bathroom caused by the water. The problem is that Nick refuses to finish up the job. He used black screws on the fascia(?), reversed the hot and cold on the shower valve, and did not re-caulk two vertical seams. The fascia also needs to be repainted so the black screws don't show. I have been bugging Nick for about 3 months; he texts me that he will come in a few days, and then nothing. He eventually told me I was on the schedule for 9 months out. At this point, I do not believe anything that Nick says.

Initially, Dustin said it would be a couple of weeks out but after stopping at our house and realizing we were only getting about 1 1/2 minutes before it started to cool down he said he would get to us immediately. This was on a Monday. He called us on Tuesday to tell us he had a new water heater for us and would be out on Wednesday morning to install it and remove the plumbing for the old sink. He arrived Wednesday morning and within 2-3 hours we had a new water heater and the pipes from the old sink removed. The area was very clean when he finished and later that day he called to verify that the water heater was working to our satisfaction.
