I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I was even able to speak with the boss on the job and ask to remove some additional trees we wanted done last minute, which was no problem and the additional cost was very reasonable as well. I am amazed with this team's knowledge and efficiency. The whole crew definitely knew what they were doing. I was glad to refer them to my friends who saw they work they had completed for us, and they ended up hiring All Seasons Tree Service for their tree removals too. This is a hard one. Where to begin.. Well, lets start with the estimate. My estimate to remove a 35…read moreft maple tree to ground level was $1968.00 with tax. They said it would take a day and a half. I took the first day off to be at home when they started. They arrived at 8:30 am. They told me they usually quit around 3pm. Around 2pm they called their boss to see if they could rent the lift they were using for another day. He said no. They had to stay late. So they had to hurry in order to get the lift all the way back to Airway Heights before 5pm, which meant they had to leave at 4:30. So now they were rushed to get all these branches down. They hit my tv antenna, Fences, and the neighbors roof. They got it to about a 15ft stump before they left. The next day, they arrived again about 8:30 am. This time I was at work. Now all they had left was a 15ft stump, and several branches to chip. I figured 4 or 5 cuts to get the rest of the tree down. They finally finished around 2pm. When I got home there was a 2.5ft stump left. Not ground level, like was stated in the estimate. I had called them to address my concerns, and pay my bill. They said they would get back to me. Several days later I get a call from some guy there, telling me my bill was now $2900.00. That is a 53% increase from the estimate, and $1000.00 more. I said nope, I'm not paying that. The next day I call back to get this resolved, and they said the Manager will call me back. She never did. Instead I got a bill in my email for $2216.00. So I had the wife call, and pay that. Now with an estimate, most people should plan for a 10-15% increase. Certainly not a 53% increase. The fact that they adjusted the bill to something more reasonable, is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. I will not ever use, or recommend, this company again.

I worked with Enoch and am very happy with the level of customer service that I've gotten. Their crew was very professional and were able to answer all my questions. They worked in good time and cleaned up after themselves. When my trees died going into the winter, I spoke with Enoch and he took care of me. Yesterday they replaced all the dead trees at no cost. It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. I know because I had just finished raking it two days before.
