I had the worst "dealership" experience of my life. The owner refused to return my deposit after I decided not to buy vehicle. After he yelled at me, arguing about his troubles And while I was in the middle of a conversation with him, he turned around to take a call. His office lady didn't say one word as she cowered with her tail between her legs. I asked for my money back and he said he wouldn't give it to me. He stormed off into his office, slamming the door as I proceeded to record a video of the insanely unprofessional behavior. I called local police to see if they could help--he told them my deposit was unrefundable. May 1st went to see a car--car would not start initially with all types of warnings on. Owner had mechanic take car away "to get gas" before we were able to take it for a test ride. Afterwards we left a deposit. I left feeling unsettled. For the next two weeks --I had to call and repeatedly check on the repairs they needed to do. I asked for card carfax and after I reviewed the carfax it showed this car sat FOR MANY YEARS before being purchased. I decided I no longer was interested. Communicated yesterday to say not interested--today May 14 I went to pickup my deposit. This is when this event occurred that this business owner reacted so hostile towards me. When the day I left the deposit he said when we asked about the deposit being refunded "as long as we don't not hear from you for a month, I'll give you your money back no problem". This place is a junkyard that repairs double totalled cars and then will steal your money. The man who owns this will not shake your hand, he will talk over you and disrespect you. He speaks as if he just snorted drugs. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP, don't get scammed like I did. I'm following this up with a report to the BBB read more

We bought a 2013 EX-L Honda Accord from this dealership. We test drove it and it seemed fine. The plan was that this would be a solid car for a college student. The day of the purchase, I was handed the wrong title for another car. Also, the car was not at the dealership. It was at a garage more in town. Another bad sign something was being fixed to get the car to work. (Tire issue) I have purchased two other 2013 EX-L Honda accords and have had no issues with the other two cars and running just fine today. I should have taken the car to a true mechanic. I did take the car about a month later to my mechanic and he said the car had a lot of rust and had signs of work being done on it with the paint inside the motor area. The car made it to school. After getting there, multiple issues with the car. We also notice that the wires were manipulated for the antilock brake system. This model (Honda accord EX-L) will notify you if car is getting close to a collision. The car I bought from the dealership did not because it was messed with. The paperwork said it was not in a accident, however all signs said this car was. Between drive shaft, electronic steering control, Main flange from motor to exhaust fell off. Gasket leaks, etc., We have put in over 5k into the car since we bought it, (within a year) more problems are popping up like the calipers are shot now. The other 2 cars I have had only have had breaks and oil changes. I would never buy another car from this dealership. read more

Gave one star because ZERO was not an option! They sold a POS to a friend's son that didn't even pass emissions! Looking thru reviews... they also seem to like to put the shaft to women! Avoid this business unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for crappy, unethical, what should be against the law service! Dishonest and unethical car dealer. My 23 year old purchased a 2007 Forester from him and received a lemon. Written lies about car condition, no rust, services all complete, no dents, car detailed and the list goes on. The car arrived via transport with check engine light on and cruise control inoperable, exhaust pipe broken and sway bar links needing replacement. COVERED in Rust from the wheels to the whole underbody. Burt knew she was moving to and needed a reputable car. It is in the shop for oil leak, timing belt replacement, power window regulator and shift cable replacement. REFUSED to pay repairs even though he sent a warranty. BAD DEALER. I tried Sturbridge Auto Sales and purchased two cars, I wanted a real good second hand car for my daughter to commute to collage in, and another for my self so I did not have to drive the good summer car in the New England snow we get every year.
