Local to the area First time to this location…read moreHighly recommend I was looking for a place to get a front and alignment on my 2005 Ford F350 Dually with a slide in truck Camper on it without removing the Camper and I found this location when I spoke to them on the phone they seemed really friendly and willing to help me and got my vehicle in the same day. I called. During the drop off, I encountered three individuals, and they were very friendly, very personable and seemed like one of the best places I have walked into in a very long time. Definitely a place to do business with if you have a big rig or in our situation a Camper. They called to inform us that we needed to replace our ball joints, and we're willing to replace the ball joints at a very reasonable price as well as getting the parts we were kind of aware that we may need ball joints beforehand Before they could proceed with the alignment they needed to replace them we decided that we were going to have them install and get the parts for us, but after a night of sleep, my husband, who is very capable of doing all of the work, decided that he would do the work and then we would return the truck for them to continue with the alignment

When my bank denied the loan due to the vehicle's age, the dealership refused to refund my deposit. I never signed a single document and never set foot on the lot. They are now claiming "lost opportunity," yet their own ads show this vehicle has been sitting in their inventory for over 120 days. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business try to pocket a consumer's money over a failed 3-day hold on a vehicle that hasn't sold in 4 months. I will be filing a formal complaint with the NH Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY from this shop. Marc (the owner) had my van for two weeks. Impossible to get proper…read moreupdates from and made up every excuse possible as to why the van wasn't ready. He finally said he fixed the problem and I ended up having to pay $500 just to pay ANOTHER $500 to have someone else fix the problem in a few hours. The owner denied any responsibility and refused to give a partial refund even though on his invoice it states "ALL WORK PERFORMED AND PARTS USED SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS OR 3000 MILES". New mechanic also pointed out a freshly stripped axle as well. Now I'm out $1,000 with damage to my vehicle because of his mistake and negligence. Marc refuses to refund me even $200. Even now, if I was given a partial refund I'd be happy to remove this review, as we are human and make mistakes. But I won't hold my breath.
