was told on the phone that my appointment was at 10am I get to the clinic by 9:50 just to be told that my appointment is actually at 10:30, I fill out everything and sit in the waiting room until 11:00 watching as they call in EVERYONE coming in after me. until finally they get my in the exam room at 11:10 where I sat there until 11:40 and just walked out the clinic Because no one came in to see me. during all that time no one checked in with me or anything to let me know why I was waiting for so long or what was going on. Quality of service is excellent. I'm not happy with the fact that I've been under observation for glaucoma and have had my appointments pushed out by several months several times over the last year. My prescription had expired and I was given an extension through this office only to be told in a phone call today that once again they had to postpone my appointment for several months. Apparently there is not too much concern about my condition. Finding a new doctor tomorrow. read more

I called as a new patient on Monday morning Martin Luther King day and was given an emergency appointment the same day after calling to other ophthalmologist closer to home. I was seen by Dr. Maria Denietolis who treated me with respect and care and understood my concerns. Never in my life have I ever had an eye problem or an infection this doctor set me at ease and made me feel comfortable with this process. read more

Dr. Denietolis preformed a very thorough exam and took the time to comprehensively answer my many questions.

I was referred to these folks when my own Eye Dr.'s were unable to see me immediately !!! They had me come right in and rushed me past a room full of patients to attend to my needs. Saw the Dr. right away who was able to diagnose and treat my problems. So grateful they were able to accommodate and resolve my eye concerns. I highly recommend these people.
