The office staff are incredibly hostile and unhelpful. The scheduling is impossible to work with. Blatant refusals to refill thyroid medication without constant re-visits to the doctor... Anyway, they can make a buck off of you by getting you through the door an extra time. Incompetent, rude, and there are so many better places in the area which I have now discovered.

Like they don't bill your insurance an obscene amount of money already, that they have to charge you $50 for a missed appointment fee! The care sucks too!
