The office staff are incredibly hostile and unhelpful. The scheduling is impossible to work with. Blatant refusals to refill thyroid medication without constant re-visits to the doctor... Anyway, they can make a buck off of you by getting you through the door an extra time. Incompetent, rude, and there are so many better places in the area which I have now discovered.

They only have a Facebook page, they have NO website outlining the services that they offer, a list of their practitioners, or insurance info., and they're always incommunicado. I went to this facility for one broken arm and one fractured one. There was one male PT and several…read morefemale assistants, who he let alone to do the work. They were very nice, but effectively did nothing to help me get better and he was not overseeing what they were doing. When then going to PT in Brooklyn, the therapist informed me that nothing they were doing was aligned with my surgeons recommendations, nor would help me regain full motion of my arm. The facility was also not kept clean. Wipe down of equipment did not happen after each use. Towels and wraps were worn, torn and dingy.

Everyone truly cares about each individual, and they tailor the regimens to each person. The daytime nursing staff - the nurses and the aides- are all caring and even though they are worn thin and always running around, they take the time to get to know you as a person. The night shift on the other hand is a different story. I'm not sure what the issues are, but trying to get someone to answer your call bell can take 30 minutes. There is always a lot of very loud conversations happening, and the aides hang out in chairs in the hallway. A few of the aides seem to be really tired from trying to accomplish tasks while others just hang out by the nurses. Overall the care is good, the therapy is awesome - however the food is almost completely inedible.

He listened carefully to my issues, then evaluated my posture and my gait, followed by gently working on my lower back and legs, as well as making spinal adjustments to my neck. He was professional and friendly throughout the office visit. Among other things, I appreciated that he really listened and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable as he massaged and made adjustments. He warned me that I would experience muscle soreness over the next few days, and I did, although it was not debilitating. Most importantly, I experienced about 80% pain relief within twenty-four hours, and I still feel good and strong four days after seeing Dr. Martin. I would highly recommend him as an excellent chiropractor.

Dr. Chasin would be your preferred doctor to see if you're in the mood for a nice brief talk with someone who doesn't care about his patient and only wants to push drugs that help him get paid. Seriously though, these are not doctors you want to see if you have any type of real issue. This has been my medical service my whole life, and the one medical issue I have they seem to dismiss and push drugs that have horrible side-effects.
