The Rx wasn't in the Phoenicia pharmacy, and I asked to pick it up in the Tannersville pharmacy; it was done seamlessly. Up in Tannersville I was helped by the pharmacist (Jennifer B, I believe), who was as helpful and kind as I needed. This is the way health care should work. I received a bill for over $800 for a five minute appointment which led to two incorrect diagnoses and 2 useless prescriptions. When I inquired about a reduced bill, they refused and told me my treatment was "appropriate" (???). But prescribing medication for problems I don't have doesn't seem appropriate to me.
