You basically robbed me by saying I would get more of a full face and collagen with filler and Morpheous treatment. I called Northgrand dental to see if they would remove the gold crown, fill any cavities and put a temporary crown on my tooth. I didn'T want to make future plans at this time. While the receptionist was polite, her concern was getting paid and the next step, and the next step and the next step. I just wanted this crown removed to see if the pain would stop, I was thinking I would make future plans after I had this done. Possibly remove other crowns and have them replaced. I just wanted to take things one step at a time. She decided to put me on hold to speak to the dentist. No one ever came back on the phone. I hung up, waited a few minutes and called back. it went to voicemail.That was my one and only experience with Northgrand Dental.
