My hair came out perfect, but I caught a nasty case of Covid and the owner kept calling me to sell me counterfeit merchandise! I met a lovely person recently who told me that he was a stylist little did he know that I was currently looking for a stylist that could work with my curly hair. Do NOT book your hair appointment online, do NOT go by the pricing listed on the website. It's hard for me to write a negative review, but I feel it is extremely necessary for anyone looking to visit this salon. The hair stylists do not schedule via the salon website and the pricing is over 3x what is posted on the website. I booked a 10am wash, cut, blow dry which was listed as $55 and was charged $200. When I arrived the hairdresser, Jimmy, was working on another client. He let me know he doesn't have visibility to what is scheduled online and asked if I could come back at 12:30pm, which I did. Jimmy was cordial during the appointment- however my 2.5 inch trim and blow dry took 2 hours and I had to ask him to let me air dry the rest. As I was in a hurry since this appointment took much longer than anticipated, I handed my card to Jimmy and was shocked when he turned the screen for me to sign. I asked why it was $200 and he stated, "$100 for the cut, $100 for was wash"! I signed and tipped him $40 in cash and had to run, but took note to come back to find out why the pricing was inconsistent from their website. I came back to see Jimmy a couple days later to better understand the discrepancy in pricing. He stated that the current owners do not have access to the salon website to change the prices, they are currently in California and won't be back for a month. I urged him to communicate to the owners of this major issue to prevent this from happening to other people. I AM one to write reviews when I want to save people from getting horrible service and being overcharged - Please do NOT go here. This was a very strange visit. I called to make an appointment for 530 - when the owner said to come in at 5 as they had openings for my boyfriend and I I agreed as if they were busy for 2 at 530. We ended up calling on the way there because we were running late due to street closings. Even getting there a few minutes late - we had to wait for the owner to come in to help us 15 minutes after 5. There was one employee there and a number of their kids just hanging around. We didn't end up getting started fully until 520 anyway. Very unorganized and tried to sell additional things. The owner offered my boyfriend a massage since he was only getting a pedicure. Well this other woman took him into the back, and not for a chair massage, a regular massage he said it was the most ridiculous awkward massage he's ever gotten. She patted his back, no training or experience - he stopped it mid way so that she wouldn't hurt him anymore or waste his time or money. I watched this woman asking about an 'order' she placed for products they were selling - wanting to know the shipment / tracking information. The owner kept just lying and ignoring the subject obviously she gets it off the back of a truck or something. I hope that lady didn't pay much for whatever she got. When she did my nails she kept asking me questions about where i got my nails done before, how much they charge, etc. It was very uncomfortable. She could barely look at me and was sidetracked the whole time she did my nails. The guy didn't even finish my pedicure - she did while doing my manicure. The pedicure was done ok - but after getting home - the polish looked like a 5 year old did it. The gel manicure was done very rushed and so messy - I will have to clean it up myself - and my cuticles looked a wreck.She walked away before I even knew I was done - and I had to wait over 5 minutes for her to do something with her kids or handle something before she came to charge me. I felt the price was overpriced and asked her to break it all out - for my pedi / gel mani and my boyfriends ped and 1/2 massage. She rushed into the pricing and I feel very taken advantage of. The kids were wandering around, laying on chairs, some young child was somewhere who cried. No one else was their except this woman, the man and One other - no hair stylists or other manicurists. They just wanted us out early so they could go home. My boyfriend called the next day to complain about my nails and she kept saying - we weren't there- she didn't service us - we were lying. I came back here out of convenience and regret it. I should have left a review a long time ago. They double book and make you wait a long time even if you have an appointment. I've even had one lady do my manicure at the same time as someone else. They do a terrible job. They also try to sell you fake designer bags and it's very obnoxious. It is also dirty. Really really RUDE My friend gifted me a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. Paid for it upfront and added a tip. They were so rude trying to find the transaction because she did it remote and then tried to hustle for an extra tip saying that only $10 was left, and that an additional tip was expected. The services were $55! Regardless of whether or not I enjoyed the service I received, the experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth I do not recommend that anybody supports this business. Terrible! Don't come here. I called ahead to see if they had any availability for a wax. They said to come at 4:45. So I did. Only to have to wait for 15 minutes while she finished someone's nails. Then when she began to wax me she had to stop before finishing because she needed to pick up her kid. I get it. Being a single parent is tough but I could have come in early. However, I am glad she stopped. For the little waxing she did on me, she BRUISED the entire area where she waxed. I have been waxing for over a year now and this is the first time I got bruised! Beautiful Salon, great atmosphere and location and the staff was very welcoming and professional. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of services if you're looking to have a nice day of pampering. I had a NEXGEN done, I was not very happy with the application, the cuticle line was left a bit messy and that was one of my main concerns, the polish was also left with a bit a grain here and there. Most frustrating thing for me is to walk out of a nail salon and have product/polish left on my cuticle and I did make it a point to voice me concern about "clean cuticles" BEFORE the services. It's not easy for me to complain to a nail tech, I asked if the polish on the cuticle was going to be cleaned , I got the "yes, yes, yes" but it wasn't cleaned up so either I wasn't understood, maybe I didn't communicate right, or my concern wasn't taken seriously. Someone else did offer to clean it up but it was the end of the day and since a messy cuticle line are a frustration point for me, I declined. I also felt the tech took it personally when I said something since he just walked away, I felt horrible for speaking up. Overall it's a great place and I would recommend it this was just my experience and the other people there seemed to be really happy with their end results. read more

I came to this salon to get a mani pedi with my mom for my graduation. I was very particular about how I wanted my nails to be obviously for the occasion. I had an exact photo of what I wanted and ofcourse I understood that it was a hard task to do which is why I ask before she did it if she can do a black French manicure and she said she is a professional for 20 years. She was a very kind lady and we redid my nails at least 2 times the first time, but she obviously did not understand the task. I had to come back the next day because it started to peel off.
