PARKING There is a parking lot and is located just around the corner from Publix and CVS APPOINTMENT We were able to make an appointment the same day on a Friday for a mani and a mani/pedi. We arrived on time and were seen right away. SERVICE I got a manicure with some design and it was fine. The color didn't match but she tried really hard to achieve the style I requested. My manicurist was very nice. OVERALL I paid $35 (not counting tip) for a gel manicure and got three colors with a basic design. RECOMMENDATIONS I would not recommend going to this nail salon as both me and my friend were both cut during our manicures. I was cut once in each hand and one underneath my nail. My friend was cut on her first cuticle. While my manicurist tried really hard it wasn't great overall. One nail had debris fall on it while she painted and she painted over it so there were bumps (last sand) that you could see once she was done. One nail chipped a day later which was surprising as my gel manicures usually last 10-14 days with no issues. UPDATE The business owner reached out and to update I did not complain during the appointment nor did my friend. Once I was cut there wasn't really anything to be done to "fix" the cut. You guys, whatever you do, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come here!! I just landed in Florida and needed desperate help with my nails. These people suck at doing nails and they act like they're doing us a favor. Lol it's pretty funny how ridiculously UGLY my nails came out. I had to remove my previous tips so they started off with the pedicure first but you can already tell by how the nail technician is by the finished pedicure. Let me tell you, my toddler niece can scribble scrabble better than the lady I had. She cut me once on my toes and then cut me 3 more times on my hands. Then I stopped midway and asked whatever her name is Ni or Nee (seems like the boss or manager) if I can have someone else do it. She said oh we don't have anyone else. So I told her don't even do the dip powder that I wanted, just finish up with a regular manicure so I can remove it and redo it at another place ASAP. They're rude and inexperienced. No lotion after either so my hands dryer than sahara desert. Go pay someone else who's more pleasant and does a better job. How did they get their license omg!! read more

For example, one can do a pedicure but not do a set of tips. The two girls here are too busy bouncing between pedicures, manicures, gel nails and eyebrow waxing. The wait is outrageous. Never again. Horrible service... made an appointment for NexGen, sat for 45 minutes with acetone soaked fingers in foil and was ignored while a walk-in was immediately seen and received a polish change while I sat with my fingers burning. I removed the foil wraps and walked out. Not one person acknowledged me as I waited and my nail tech sat next to me giving a walk-in a manicure. I can understand waiting 10-15 min as required for nexgen removal but 45 minutes is absolutely ridiculous with not one person checking on me. Don't waste your time read more

I was completely embarrassed by their staff after I left there. I spent well over $100 there for myself and my friend to get pedicures and gel manicures, and after cashing out, tipping and leaving for a significant amount of time, one of the manicurists tracked me down in Publix (over a block away) letting me know that they added wrong, undercharged me by $10.00, and prompted me to walk all the way back, around the block to run my credit card for another $10.00. A huge inconvenience to me, not them. This was completely their fault, mind you for mis-charging me in the first place and after I had tipped them $38 for 2 people's services. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing I've ever seen in customer service, and embarrassing, also annoying, and also very rude. If you undercharge someone by a few dollars, and it's your fault, and they walk out the door- you don't chase them down in public somewhere 10 minutes later. Seriously the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. Do not recommend. Completely unprofessional. read more

Very pleased with the service at this salon. I've lived in the area for awhile and had no idea it was until this plaza until I found the salon on Yelp. I walked in for a pedicure and they took me right away. I was pretty impressed since it was on a Friday. The nail tech did an awesome pedicure, didn't talk too much which I like, and was extremely polite. I have no complaints at all and I'm very glad I found a great salon so close to my house! Also, very reasonable in pricing as well, which is always a plus! **UPDATE** I went back here for a mani-pedi for my birthday. I just wanted black polish- very simple. The lady who did my nails seemed nice at first. Then, I noticed she was using a matte polish on my toes instead of a regular nail polish. She pretended I didn't know what I was talking about and said that "the top coat will make it shiny". It did, so I let that go. Then we went on for a gel manicure, black polish. She proceeded to do my manicure and was pretty sloppy. I thought she was going to clean it up at the end, but when she told me she was done I was sadly mistaken. I told her I wanted it fixed, I wouldn't be walking out like that. She said "Why didn't you say something earlier?! Can you not see?!". I was appalled. She proceeded to use the electronic filer to take the polish off while BURNING MY NAILS. I told her she was hurting me and she didn't care. I was FURIOUS at this woman. As this is happening, no other techs bat an eye. I went to another tech and she did my manicure in a timely manner and they looked good. In the end, I was not offered ANY sort of compensation or discount whatsoever. I didn't even fight it I was so mortified and wanted to leave desperately. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed. In all honesty the absolutely best Nail Salon in West Palm Beach!! Nhi does an amazing job, my nails are always even and perfect. I'm a dental hygienist and am extremely tough on my nails, washing my hands at least 12-15 times a day. I've been looking for years for the right nail salon and at last I have found it, well my daughter found it on Yelp and came in 1st and called me immediately and said you're going to love Nhi. I made an appointment with Nhi she did an amazing job with my nails and eye brow waxing and her mother Tum gave me the best pedicure and massage ever with a sugar scrub wow I left feeling like a new person. I came to town for thanksgiving and I needed my nails done. I looked on yelp on this place got a lot of nice reviews and great work from the pictures I've seen and very nice people (from what I read) I get there and no one says anything to me. Immediately I feel uncomfortable. There were two ladies doing nails right in front of me and no one asked me what I needed or told me someone will be with me shortly.. I still waited because I really needed my nails done and after 5-7 minutes still not a word from anyone so I left. I wont be recommending this place to my family who lives here. I've came here 3 times and the last two times were horrible. I was there for hours because they're so slow, also I got a full set and it didn't even last me a week before my nails were lifting. I had to refile them when I got home since the shaping was so bad. Along with the crystals on my nails they were already coming off in like 3 days. If I could give this place no stars I would! We made an appointment in advance for fill and two pedicures. We called when we arrive to make sure they were ready for us. We still sat and waited for over half an hour to even have water in the pedicure bowl. They took so long there was no time left to have my nails done even though I asked who would be doing my nails no one ever came over when my pedicure was done. The girl who did my pedicure cause more pain than I've ever had digging under my nails and pulling out skin on the sides. The polish job already looked like it was starting to chip because she didn't paint the top of the toenails. I had to ask to have this done. Neither myself or my niece had any kind of massage. I had already decided there was no way I was going to let these people work on my nails but the worst part was they didn't even acknowledge that I had an appointment to get my nails done and no one cared. Avoid this place at all cost! I am hoping I don't get an infection from the way she was digging at my toenails with probably dirty tools. My 2 daughters and I came in here on a Friday afternoon. All the techs were busy but after several maki g eye contact and saying nothing (awkward) one finally says she'll be with us in a minute. 20 minutes later, we are still sitting here with no one acknowledging us or helping us. At this point, I'm just wondering how long they'd let us sit here... as I look around, I'm seeing towels thrown in tubs and a general filth layer on everything. So I just got my nails done at this salon and I have to say my experience was terrible!!! I made an appointment for 6:00pm and got there at least 5 minutes early and my nail lady Julie started to rush me and my sister who was also getting her nails done. From the moment I sat down with Julie to the moment she was finished she rushed through the whole process. She wasn't friendly or accommodating at all. I had asked for a simple design and as she started to paint the main color I started to worry that my nails were going to look horrible and by the time she was done they did! They looked horrendous. They were uneven and sloppy. If I wanted my nails to look like crap I would have done them myself. Then when I proceeded to tell her that I wasn't happy she got a huge attitude and started to blame me for being to stiff! That she couldn't do my nails properly because of me! She was absolutely rude. For what I paid for my nails I should be happy but I am not. I will never ever go back. I will say this though my sister liked her lady and was happy with her pedicure and manicure. So if your adventurous and want to try this place don't use Julie. read more
