I finally decided to contact her. I am so glad I did! Valerie was very quick to respond to my contact form. We set up a time to talk on the phone. She was prompt with her call and chatted about her services and what I could expect from her. She sent me forms to fill out so she could learn a little bit more about me, my wardrobe and my needs. I settled on the package I would like; and we set up my first appointment, the closet cleanse. OMG! What an amazing 3 hours that was! Valerie was so friendly and so easy to talk to and work alongside. Through trying on lots of my clothes she was able to teach me how certain styles did not flatter my figure and which styles looked great on my frame. She took extensive notes about what I needed to fill in the gaps of my wardrobe as we purged and organized my closet. We have had two shopping trips that have been incredible. We visited several places and then remembered that the place we got our mattress (Texas Mattress Makers) also did sectionals, etc. This places looks like a big warehouse when you drive up but when you walk inside you see that it is a nice place to shop. Living Designs has a large selection to choose from and the best thing is that they love making custom furniture., We were greeted by Dean. He showed us around, told us about the furniture that was on the floor and answered all our questions. The best thing about getting furniture from Living Designs is that ALL the furniture is made here in Houston Texas. All the material that is used in make the furniture is sourced in the USA. Living Designs has lots of different styles to choose from and lots of different fabrics to choose from also. Frame has a lifetime warranty under normal wear. Foam has a 1 year warranty. Sewing has a 3 year warranty. Fabric has a 1 year warranty. Dean made us feel comfortable which is why we decided on Living Designs Furniture for the purchase of our custom made sectional. Delivery was in a timely manner for furniture which was custom made. So far we are pleased with our sectional from Living Designs Furniture. The other worker that was super friendly was the one that was in charge of the fitting rooms. She made helpful suggestions and even helped me find a smaller size in some of my items. I came on a weekday around 5:30 PM and was pleased with the attentiveness of the workers and the items I purchased!
