A few months ago I had my hair cut by a very talented stylist which I had been going to for about 9 months. When I went to pay, the amount was about 10.00 more than 5 weeks before. When I questioned it, I was told they had increased the fees. No mention of that either verbally or in a text. Okay, so I went to pay and was told if I'm using a credit card then they will add another 2% onto my bill. I feel they have over extended themselves with this large space and frankly I don't see the business during the week. Maybe the weekends are different but what I can tell they don't have the business to support the rent. My last visit I came 5 minutes early and was told they would let my stylist know I had arrived. 15 minutes later as the 3 were chatting at the reception area I questioned that my stylist wasn't there. At this point they scurried. Up till then they completely ignored me, knowing my stylist wasn't there. I got up to leave after a total of 20 minutes and was told once she arrived she would call me. One hour and 15 minutes later the salon called and told me I could come back in 2 hours for a free cut. No thanks. They lied to me, then ignored the fact I was there. They all knew my stylist wasn't there and I simple admission and an alternative time would have been ok. But they lied and then just left me sitting there. Nope, never going back
