I asked them to keep my length as best as possible. She cut my hair by about 2-3 inches initially. I gave her photos and videos of my desired look. I even brought in my wig during my initial consultation. She said she could do it. It was suppose to be 95% ash blonde, almost looking white/silver with a slight pink undertone and the rest black. Only a quarter of the top of my head plus the bottom layer was meant to be black. She did the ENTIRE from of my bangs black and way tooooo much on the sides. Not only that but she didn't bleach my hair enough and it looked bright yellow. She never used a toner and then proceeded to but grey over it. My hair now looks slightly green and the black is all over. She also didn't use conditioner and used her hand to comb through my hair. I had to fight back tears while she "combed" through my hair. TWICE!! Once after the bleach and once after the color. I could feel her ripping my hair out and watched it fall to the floor from all the tearing and ripping. She asked if I wanted my hair layered and I said yes, she proceeded to cut an additional 6 inches off my length. I wanted to get out SOOOOO badly that I just said whatever at that point and wanted to go home. My head still hurts over 4 hours after leaving. It looks nothing like the picture and she cut my hair to my f*cking nips. It was originally down to my *ss when I got there. They were just 4 blocks from my house so I walked home crying the whole way back. I look soooooo UGLY!!!! I will never return and do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Spent $285 plus $50 tip cuz I was trying to be nice. NEVER AGAIN

It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.
