I went on Yelp and found Crossroads Florist and had no idea it was right down the road from my house. It is a cute small shop located in the Sheraton Crossroads hotel up on the second floor. The man who helped me (I think he was the owner) was so nice and made me a beautiful bouquet for just $20. Had it not been for Yelp, I would not have even know this place existed and I would probably be in the doghouse with my fiancé or spent money on some subpar supermarket flowers. First, the flowers we ordered was a medium bouquet for $44.99 with a free delivery special. At the checkout a $24.95 service fee was added. I was a bit upset at this hidden price, but decided to buy them anyway. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a little girl who just had mouth surgery from my son whom I'm trying to teach to be a respectable young man. I ordered them a week in advance to assure that they would arrive on a specific day to brighten her day. The afternoon of they day they were supposed to arrive I received a call explaining that the flowers weren't delivered because they couldn't find the house. They asked me to verify the address. Not only was the address I gave correct, but I googled the address while I was on the phone. The first thing that popped up was the house on Zillow from the last time it was on the market with a clear image of the address above the garage door. Then while she was still on the phone I used Google maps to make sure I didn't just get lucky. Again no issues finding the house. Then she proceeded to tell me that they tried to call the number I gave and no one answered. They actually only left a text and nothing further. Then since it was almost evening and they didn't deliver the flowers, the little girl had to go to her dads, so they were directed to try to deliver the flowers to her dads house. As far as I know, the little girl won't be getting flowers today. My son is heart broke that he couldn't get his girlfriend something beautiful to brighten her terrible and scary day.

I called ahead to make sure the shop was open, and that I wouldn't be interrupting an appointment and was told by the owner Sienna to come down and she'd help me with the gift. The shop is beautiful from bottom to top. Lots of plants and you immediately feel welcome. Metaphysical practices, reiki, stones, readings, these are all interesting things to me but by no means something I have a knowledge of. Sienna was incredible accommodating and helpful putting together a perfect group of stones and crystals for my wife's friend and even throwing in some free incense and other items. All of this is great, but it was what happened at checking out that really made me want to write a review and hope it helps her business, especially since I don't really use yelp much anymore, I'd rather only write positive reviews for great experiences than anything else. At checkout I noticed a plant I used to have. Sort of a creeping vine leafed plant. My toddler poured a ton of juice in it and unfortunately it died. Without even saying anything else after identifying it for me which I have already unfortunately forgot, but I'll make a point to look it up through a photo later, she cut a clipping and gifted it to me in a small glass with water completely free of charge. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The plant that I previously had that died was my mothers, who was killed 6 years ago now. So even though she was unaware of that, the gesture was very meaningful to me. If I ever need anything from this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, or refer a friend in need. When we got back to the main nursery area they also provided a tiny cup of apple cider. With so many other big farms in the area I don't think I'll be returning for any fall activities here.

While browsing the last remaining blue star salvias, three in total, I noticed one was lush and in full bloom, while the other two barely filled a third of their pots. I asked at the register if I could purchase the two weaker plants for the price of one, and the helpful cashier was waiting on a manager, Thomas or Jackson, to weigh in. While they were busy assisting other customers, Robin inserted herself into the conversation. What followed was not only unprofessional but, quite frankly, troubling. When I calmly explained my request and pointed out the state of the plants, Robin looked me up and down, fixating on my shirt which had the word PRIDE on it, then did the same to my partner, who was wearing a similar shirt. She made direct eye contact with me and, without any explanation or effort to problem-solve, almost shouted, "NO." No discussion. No courtesy. No professionalism. Just a flat-out, emphatic dismissal that felt unmistakably personal. A kind associate even suggested checking if there were more plants in the back, but Robin swiftly shut that down too, only relenting after repeated requests, and even then returning suspiciously quickly with a dismissive, "No, there are none." I want to be clear: every other employee I've encountered at Roshler's has been helpful, warm, and accommodating. Robin is, unfortunately, the complete opposite, a glaring exception who displayed none of the customer-focused service this nursery is known for. Whether this interaction was driven by bias or simply by poor temperament, it was unacceptable. It left me feeling unwelcome in a place I had considered a reliable and local favorite.
