From the initial consultation in which she came to my house to decide what to keep/donate to the 3-hour shopping trip (and a second trip the following season), Marisa was professional, encouraging, informative and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable with her and felt like she listened to me. She pulled items I would never have pulled for myself, and it gave me a whole new level of confidence.
