I had sent a Facebook message to the business to ask them where exactly they are located at on Sunday at around 830 pm. I knew it was late but I assumed they get back to me in the morning. I went about my day and heard nothing from them so I finished my day at work and headed to the salon, once I got to the shop at around 350, my appointment was for 4, I was greeted by two clients and a stylist who looked At me like I had three heads. There was also a dog running around all over. She told me to have a seat but no one was here so she had no idea. While I was sitting there I received a message that the salon was closed today and that the nail tech would email me. I left and left so embarrassed, why allow someone to schedule if your not even open!!! Will never be going to this salon or recommending this salon to any one in the back mountain.
