It's a sister owned shop, my best friend told me about this place so have been coming here since. Found a really cute little black dress with a cutout back which I have never got before, especially with my livedo reticularis (spider web rash) from my autoimmune conditions is all over my arms back and everywhere so it makes me a little insecure. But I saw this dress and just had to get it. I can never get enough black dresses or clothes lol! She helped me choose i picked out a long black dress and this one she told me the short one looked better. So happy I got it, I tried it on at home for fun why not right? The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

Now they have a large store, very clean and new. They have a lot of fitting rooms too so I didn't have to guess my size any more. The size was Asian size: meaning I wear Asian M which is about the same as US S size. I'm not confused because I grew up in Asia but friends in the US might want to try first to gauge which size you wear. If you've lived in Asia or Europe this size definitely makes sense.
