The lack of a call button or service app ending up making our experience even worse. We ordered one soda and one beer and AN HOUR into the movie everyone else in our row had been served full meals and I was forced to leave the movie to go find my server. I would have let it go but this place makes you PRE-PAY and PRE-TIP for what ends up being horrible service. At the service window I found my server and let him know it had been an hour and he said "we are trying to get drinks out" This was followed by snide comments from another server from within the stand. I'm sorry but if I don't have my order one hour into a two hour movie you have completely failed and shouldn't be marketing yourself as a food-based cinema experience. To make matters worse my seat was completely broken. No recline. I would have brought this up if I had seen my waiter at all in the first hour. Finally, for me the worst part of my experience is that they had glitching and stuttering on playback multiple times in the first and second reel. The one thing they should be flawless at is projecting a movie and they can't even do that correctly. I will NEVER be back to this theater. This is why theatrical attendance is down. This is why movies are dying. People can have a better experience at home. Congratulations on contributing to the death of the theater experience.

The reality is, the DJ, a self proclaimed military professional, couldn't get along with my venue owner, interrupted me, the bride, during my receiving line to tell me he couldn't get along with the owner. He stopped me once more during the wedding, to complain about something else. In the weeks after the wedding, no less than ten people approached me about how rude the DJ/owner was to my guests and people that worked at the venue. That is unacceptable. The father-daughter and mother-son dances were combined because he didn't have the song we requested, and then the song kept skipping and couldn't be played so the dance was ruined. I realize he helped us out by stepping in last minute when our other DJ canceled, and the music was ok in general- but the professionalism was lacking and made a significant impact on our wedding day, sadly. I wanted it not to bother me. To top it off, a piece of property owned by the drop zone was used to move his equipment because he didn't bring anything to move it. After the wedding, the piece of property was noted to be missing. I called him to ask if he had it and he said no. Ok, well, you're the last person to have had it and now it's not there. It's August and the property still hasn't returned.... Given everything else, yes I have reason to doubt his integrity and I think he has it. Very disappointed.

It was easy to get the party booked, they confirmed a week prior, the communication was on point! On the day of the party they arrived 20 minutes early to get set up- they strategically parked the trailer to position it perfectly to keep the kids safe. Our party host was Joe and he was awesome! He was very professional and respectful and worked well with the 17 children at the party. Joe kept everyone engaged and helped with any game difficulty they might encounter. He found something for everyone- had great game selections. Everyone had an awesome time. This party exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

    Honestly, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We booked them for a Nerf battle…read moreparty for my son's birthday. We were all very excited obviously. We received confirmation at booking and they emailed 2 days in advance to confirm again. The day of the party comes and they are supposed to arrive for setup at 3:45. At 3:55 we start trying to call them without success. Leave a voice mail. Send an email. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. We are left to entertain 12 kids at our house for the party. My son is fairly bummer on his birthday. We call multiple times with NO RESPONSE whatsoever. A week later, still no response. I have no clue how they have a good rating when something like this can happen. I understand things happen sometimes and you can't fulfill a commitment, but you follow up and explain and try to make it right. At least communicate. This level of service really just means they don't care about their commitment, and whether your kid gets the party they expected for their birthday. Don't care to give you even a few minutes warning that you need to make a new plan for your kid's party. I'm sure they can deliver nice parties on the times they show up, but know you are absolutely rolling the dice. Strongly advise you not do business with this company, they should not be in the service business. Look somewhere else. I'll also point out, there are similar reviews on Yelp that are "not currently recommended" for some reason. Not sure if that is Yelp or Roll On Up.
