Terrible service from David in particular. He was very unprofessional and rude. He let me know upon greeting that he doesn't like taking new clients, because "they don't show up". He mentioned this at least three times to me, as if I forgot the first time. I was a new client who scheduled ahead of time with my friend, and we waited almost 30 mins after we arrived just to get service. David did my pedicure, and he behaved resentful toward me like he didn't want to do it. He appeared to be distracted the entire time also, and was not warm and barely conversational at all. I had acrylics done a couple weeks before Thanksgiving. First - I came and made an appt for a later time, because I had some errands. I was asked, 'Why not right now?' Which is a bit irritating but not a big deal. When I showed up, the place was empty.. Which I like because then I can have full attention :P I was told it would be $25 for a traditional white set, and color is $10-$20 more. To me - that is insane. It was Sunday (couldn't go to the bank), and I only had $33. I'm not a hugeee fan of plain white, so I asked if I could try a little extra something. He charged an extra $5 to put three little silver gems on two of my fingers and reiterated that he was "hooking me up". Okay, so the nails turned out fantastically. He was very attentive to my requests, matched lengths of each nail, very symmetrical and beautiful. He DID make me feel very uncomfortable when he suggested a tanning session, and then after looking at my arm hair, a wax. (It is normal and totally not unsightly) Also, he poked my stomach. I don't like that. Lol. Overall, a great product.. But a weird experience. I just moved to town, so I'll be trying a lot of places. But I would rather not return to this location if possible. read more

I come in and they are kind of busy and instead of asking me to wait (which would have been find) the man there takes me back half sprinting and puts me in a chair and took a total of about 1 minute on my eyebrows and rushed me out before I got a decent look at them. When I got into my car already leaving I saw the damage... One eyebrow is shorter than the other they are so thin from a foot back you can't see the ends. When I called asking to come back he told me "I won't give you your money back but I can try and fix them" there is nothing to fix I have barely any eyebrow now..this is the worst experience I've ever had at any salon!! He even asked my name and I when I told him he said I was lying because caller id was different because it's from my home phone...I was very calm and respectful and said I don't want to make a scene I just don't want to pay for such a bad job and he refused me... I'm so upset..never again will I go there nor recommend! read more

I have been going here for a long time. Almost everytime I get my nails done. After going last night I will never go back. I was charged more than what the process that was posted. When they finally got to my nails, Jenny took my skin off when she was filing my nails and jerked my hands around. I have never in my life been treated so poorly! Not only did the lady who did my nails cut my finger and make it bleed but also glued the acrilic to my skin and even after pointing that out she just said okay and proceeded on the finger she had moved to, her and the man must have been fighting because they we yelling back and forth at each other. She was not even paying attention to my nails never asked if I wanted them square or round or anything for that matter. She did a terrible job and they look HORRIBLE! Than after putting my nails in front of the fan to dry she walked away not saying another word to me. Than the man came and asked me what I thought and when I told him about the cut and glued nail he was extremely rude and than began making excuses for the lady. It wasn't until I than showed him my nails and he saw that not only was I not kidding or exaggerating but that they all looked different some fatter than others some short and longer no 2 where the same or close for that matter did he finally apologize. And when I said I'm sorry to because we just moved to the area and was looking for a place I could come regularly and will not be coming back he said than proceeded to yell at me and when I went to walk out the door the lady began yelling at me and slowly walking towards me so I opened the door so the people who where right out side could see what was happening. I am about to have a baby and simply wanted to have a relaxing moment but instead drove home in tears with a bloody finger. I will be taking further steps. David and Jenny are very nice people. I have been going to them for nails and they are #1. I tried many nail salons and was very disappointed, often leaving with throbbing nails and poor application. They both make you feel very comfortable and it never hurts. My nails have never looked better. read more

I had been going to David for my nails for over 10 years. Followed him from Lee Nails, where he started. I am in complete disbelief at the treatment I received lately. First I had 2 women who came AFTER I did get their nails done first. I sat for almost 2 hours with him just telling me it won't be much longer. Now I know why he kept me waiting... he went on a trip to Vegas and apparently had too good of a time. When I went to get my eyebrows done after my nails were already FINALLY done, he came onto me and asked if he "could buy me". Now this is the first I had seen of this side. Can't believe he did that and was very persistent. 2 weeks later I went in for my fill. This time I brought a friend. She witnessed him trying to press against me as I was washing my hands. Thank god I have a friend with a big mouth. I decided that was enough and have now found a new salon. Have heard it's been done to other ladies as well. Watch out.
