I've been going to polished for a few years, and have rotated through many of the nail techs- they're all skilled and deliver quality service. Huge shout out to CeCe, she is gentle and always delivers! Anny is also my babe, she was so good to me when CeCe was out. I should note, I'm a very classic nail girly, so Polished's minimal designs were totally fine for me. I really appreciate that they have made my nails stronger and healthier as I've gone there. Hoping that as I've recently moved further away, I can find anything remotely close to the quality and amazing staff that Polished has provided.

Today is Thursday 20th and I called to speak to Tammy so I can get my nails repaired without paying and she said no there is a 3 day policy. I called exactly at 10am on Thursday and Tammy was very rude and nasty to me and her exact words was I'm to busy to talk you and that is the policy. Within 24 hours of her doing my nails, the gel overlay on my real nails chipped on TWO of my nails. She charged me $8 per nail to fix it plus a $2 service charge for paying with a cc. She blamed me but clearly her gel is either old or applied incorrectly as my polish rarely chips. Will NEVER support this business again. The shop was empty so I'm sure many feel the same.

The technician working on my nails cracked one straight down the center to the point where it was BLEEDING. This wasn't a minor mistake, this was painful, careless, and completely unacceptable. It got so bad that the manager had to step in and remove the nail entirely. You would think after causing that kind of damage, the least they could do is take accountability, but no. They still had the nerve to charge me. I paid to have my nails done, not to leave injured and upset. The lack of care, professionalism, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about going here to reconsider.
