Usually, I always go get an appointment however, with my schedule, I just popped on in. As I entered the door, I noticed a lot of the nail technicians were just arriving. So I understood as they were quieter than usual, and seem to be moving slowly, and some of them are actually look like they were still a little sleepy. I only had to wait a short time. I was told by the gentleman at nail technician desk one to go to nail technician desk seven. Sophia was the girl at desk seven. She was very sweet, very professional, and did a remarkable job. I am very impressed with the work here. The place also is very clean. The only thing is, I'm not sure how the pricing works. I did get a fill-in and I did have to have them cut down along with a replacement now. So I knew it was going to be a little more than normal. However, I was wrong in my mind again. Cost a little more than I expected. But I am very pleased with the results. I recommend people coming here to arrive early if they are a walk in, or get an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.

This salon management has failed to recognize the value of courteousness to the consumer. Today I…read morewas literally yelled at by the woman manager to "dont come back" after having asked the male technician that was serving me...TWICE, their cost for a color change and quick massage. I was told $15. Then. I was verbally assaulted by this manager, when I questioned why he attempted to put my shoes back on once my nail color was removed. I reminded him he wuoted me $15...? when, from across the room, this woman started yelling that "I should know"...that "all the prices gone up"...that "I could pay $10 right now with no color or $15 w color. I said I had asked him TWICE how much for a polish change and quick massage...that This was just polish... not gel.... I even explained that one foot really needed the massage bc I suffer from neuropathy in that foot, Still this woman screamed at me from across the salon! It is sad when you go to a place of business like Regal Nails in Walmart and you are treated so horribly. This is not the first time that woman raised her voice in protest because of a misunderstanding which, in my defense, was purely the result of a language barrier. Regardless, the customer should never be yelled at, especially when nobody in that place has a decent command of English. I highly discourage anyone from doing business at Regal Nails Walmart...Unless (of course) you speak Tagalog or Vietnamese...this may be the only way to avoid conflict with management when seeking nail services or even professional courtesy.

Ive been here for 10 years in Famous Nails and everything started crowding down ever since new Owners came in. Let me tell you one thing, This lady spat in the nail glue just to save more for the next client. She tried hiding in the corner of the place but I watched her HONEY. she then brought it back to a desk and I said nuh uh not me. That same day this Asian Lady did my nails and she started starting a conversation starting with a young girl. She asked me that question if I knew her and I surprisingly did because I teach her at my school. Mind you this Lady spoke horrendously things about her family. This is a nail salon accordingly a business.
