After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens.
