Average detail job on my vehicle. Inside windshield has a foggy film on it because they didn't do a good job cleaning it. Droplets of product were all over my center console. Floor mats and leather upholstery have so much coating on them it's almost dangerous getting in and out of the vehicle. They did a good job getting the dirt and grime out of the upholstery. read more

The saying, "If something sounds to good to be true, than it usually is", still rings true, unfortunately I am the recipient of this sayings validation... This company will promise you the moon just to separate you from your hard earned money. This all began when I had the unfortunate luck of being in need of some body work on my BABY!(04 Nissan 350z) and I so happened to find one of color mystiques business cards in a golf cart on the side of a road in Blaine(first red flag) anyways I went down to their shop and Troy the "owner"... Came out to see what needed to be done. The drivers side of my rear bumper had a minor fender bender that caused some stress cracks, from the tail light and about 5-6 inches out extending from the blinker mounted in the bumper and he assured me that this was an easy fix to hid the stress cracks and that replacing the whole bumper skin was unnecessary but an option so I mistakenly took his word with some weight thinking he was steering me in the right direction and on top of that it was about a 300$ price difference between this magical plastic welding and replacing and painting the new bumper skin(what would you do in that situation as a college student with BILLS and little to no knowledge of body work?) he went on to saying that they would "plastic weld" the bumper back together and it would be "unnoticeable"(he even went as far as using another NISSAN that so happened to be black as well that was sitting in a space next to where I pulled up in the front, saying that this car had sustained similar damage to the rear bumper as mine and I mean it looked so flawless you could of sworn Chip Foose headed up the repair himself so that gave me false reassurance that he knew what was best. Keep in mind I came to this shop full on expecting to drop over a grand on this repair knowing the ugly costs associated with body work so when he quoted me 175.00$ for the bumper repair and ASSURED ME!!! that I would not even be able to tell it was impacted I couldn't hand him the money fast enough. So with this low of a cost I regretfully gave him the go ahead to do some other stuff including repainting part of the leading edge of the front bumper, paint less dent removal and a buff job. Not only did he not remove ANY of the dents I pointed out but made the one I was most concerned about on the hood 3x as profound! AND STILL CHARGED ME 150$!!! It's gets even better.... After a two day delay on the return of my car I finally got to go and get it, first appearance was amazing but the closer I got the more disappointed I became, I could still see stress cracks through the paint, one crack leading from the tail light wasn't even touched (1/4" long about) and the best part, get this, the bottom edge section of my bumper about a 1'x4' section was sanded down to rough plastic and JUST LEFT! The only way you would catch this is if you were looking for it and the only reason I found it was because I was wiping down some dust with a microfiber rag and so happened to wipe that area and the rag stopped, getting hung up on the bare sanded plastic but it gets better, now that about 10 months have past the true workmanship of this shop is coming to light, the original impact mark on the bumper some how MYSTIQUELY appeared again! I guess true to the name of the company. Not only that but the divers side leading edge of where the bumper meets the fender flare in now starting to let go and protrude from the adjourned body panel line, still gets better.......... the attempted half a*#~d paint job on part of the front bumper is now too starting to crack and the paint is lifting from the seams revealing bare WHITE plastic. I can't put this on them forsure but with the current track record so far I'll leave you to decide for yourself, about a week after getting the car back the drivers side tail light began accumulating droplets of condensation on the inside of the lens. First attempt at trying to resolve the issue was answered by a note on the ORIGINAL receipt WHICH I still have, saying redo rear BUMBER and address stress cracks in future no charge, winter was fast approaching and I opted to wait until winter was past so I would avoid exposure to salt on the roads, then I went in a second time looking for a little better answer to address these issues which was met by a new estimate for the proper fix totaling $271.00, which I was about to pay until I went to a reputable auto body shop to get a second opinion this time on pricing out work. Where I was met with $1,300 bill for the bumper and taillight replacement solidifying my first assumption. I feel I paid for a spectacular buff job, THATS IT!, $625.00 before tax.. There's a reason why the cheap stuffs so cheap, ALWAYS! And to you my friend Troy, I hope you read this and I hope you regret your attitude towards me. I'm out to prove a point now, it's no longer about the money. Rolloff law offices will be sending you a summons. read more

Incredibly honest and they do good work. I've had my car in 3 times. It has a specialty paint and they've done a great job of matching the color and taking care of the bodywork. They've been timely in getting the work done and letting me know there would be a delay due to waiting for parts. They returned money to me when the job was less than estimated. It had already been paid for and if they had kept the extra I would have been none the wiser. I was impressed with this level of integrity. While I hope not to have any more damage to my car, I would certainly return to them next time I needed any body work / painting done. read more
