Size small and it barely filled up the cup

$8.59 for the smallest ice cream that's ever lived... didn't even fill the cup so I asked for whipped cream

This was my second time doing nitrogen ice cream and I am a fan! We have a place like this here in STL and I just think the concept is so cool! It's a little on the pricy side but it's a neat experience in a tourist town so I let it slide! I got the birthday cake mix they had preset. There is a wide menu of already preset concoctions. I would go here again! Centrally located in downtown near all the hustle and bustle of all things magnolia.

    Piña Colada Italian Ice Yumminess!!

Found this little place up the street from our hotel. FANSTASMIC!!! I Kinda had an idea of what I was in for but was Slightly off. I had the Dippin Dots format in my head. Lol. Upon walking in the owners greeted my daughter and I with cheery hello's and walked us thru the menu. They offer a wide variety of traditional ice cream flavors interspersed with some really Taste Tantalizing Mash-Up combos to delight the taste buds!! Today we chose a Piña Colada Italian Ice for me and Birthday Cake Ice Cream mix in a fresh-made waffle bowl for my daughter. Now, unlike Dippn Dots these awesome concoctions are made FRESH and When Ordered!! They mix up the ingredients right there in these large metal bowls and then invite you to watch as the Nitrogen magic happens!!! In NO TIME FLAT the foggy mist clears and they scrape the yummy deliciousness which has flash frozen from the sides of the bowl and scoop it into our bowls (or waffle) and viola!! OMG!!!! Ya'll, this is a hidden Gem in the heart of Waco. You GOTTA ck it out!!

What an enjoyable experience! When you place your order, you have the option of selecting your choice of milk. Luckily they have a vegan, plant-based milk alternative! I stuck with the vegan milk and then was asked to choose which flavors I wanted. They had a multitude of flavor options! From huckleberry to classic vanilla--they have it all! I selected my two favorite flavors, chocolate, and peanut butter. (Note not all flavors are vegan, and you can few their allergen information on their website.) Next, you get to select any add-ins you'd like mixed into the ice cream. I choose a vegan staple, Oreos, but they have a wide selection of toppings. Lastly, my favorite part, they mix the ice cream with nitrogen! Watching them create the ice cream with the nitrogen fog turns getting a frozen treat into an exciting experience. Afterward, you are left with some of the best tasting ice cream on the planet! Unfortunately, the desserts are on a pricy side, but for the rich texture and flavor, I'd say it's worth it. Nitrogen ice cream provides a flaky texture that regular ice cream envies! Overall a lovely ice cream shop--I highly recommend it!

This place was SO GREAT! We told the girl working that we had never been there before, she explained all our options in detail and was very helpful!! This tastes 100x better than ice cream. So many options to choose from, I'll definitely be returning!

They blast the liquid with Liquid Nitrogen

A perfect combo of science and ice cream. Totally family friendly and a perfect dessert stop. Choose your cream, flavor, and toppings. Then watch as it gets blasted and quickly becomes delicious ice cream. The taste is nothing short of sugary perfection. There are even vegan options available. Definitely in my top ten Waco places to visit.

What an awesome experience for the girls. Thoroughly enjoyed their amazing ice cream made right on spot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and highly recommend it. Great spot on a hot summer day in Texas.

    So cool!!

First time ever trying nitrogen ice cream!!! It was so cool to watch!!! There was a line almost out the door, so I'm glad we got there before the crowd!! Staff was friendly and worked quickly!! I got the pistachio flavored with original cream! It was so delicious!! Melted in your mouth!!

This is an awesome dessert spot. The concept of nitrogen ice cream is awesome. My only complaint is that we were very rushed and employees seemed uninterested in the customers. Overall good experience.

All the articles on Pinterest and reviews were spot on stating this is a must to stop by on your trip to Waco. We were greeted when we walked in and she was SO nice, I believe she's the owner! They had a cute gingerbread house competition going on & you could vote for your favorite house. The Christmas decorations were amazing. But the feel was cozy and modern with a rustic touch. SO CUTE! All the details. The cookies are massive and they're INCREDIBLE! Out in California the closest thing we have to this is Crumbl. There is no comparison. Additionally, I would way more prefer to spend my hard earned money supporting small business! My mom and I each got a cookie. We wanted to bring something home to the family so we bought one of everything. The owner was so sweet and went above and beyond. She individually wrapped each cookie and placed it in a box with crinkle paper to protect them. They made it all the way back to California and we didn't taste test them till about three days later. STILL FRESH AS COULD BE! So impressive. I will be a forever costumer moving forward! Thank you so much for your kindness, amazing cookies, and great service! If you're in Waco, this is a must!!

I didn't realize that the #Magnolia properties are closed on Sunday, so I found other fun ways to get the Waco hospitality from the moment I arrived. I was actually glad that I got to see the town for what it is a few days before people traveled there from all over for #Silobration. I look forward to returning to Waco for a longer visit! I found this gem while on a Waco City Tour. They gave the tour participants the choice of coffee or ice cream and we unanimously chose ice cream. This place is so charming and their ice cream is so delicious, I will always return whenever I come back to Waco. I chose a small scoop and that was the perfect amount. While visiting Texas, I had to choose the Brown Butter TX pecan flavor. Having just said that the small was the perfect size, the next time I go back I will probably double up so that I can try more flavors since I don't get there that often. After we got our ice cream we did walk next door to the coffee shop which instantly made me wish I were in college at Baylor because what a cool yard to sit and gather with friends, study, or catch a show! Here's an idea, grab ice cream at Heritage and coffee next door for the best affogato! Can't wait to go back!

Since Magnolia is such a brand, they could easily get away with fairly middling goods, but it's nice to know that whomever is in charge of desserts is a Type A kind of person who shall not abide crummy treats. We swung by on our way of Magnolia and the perfect little goodbye treats for us to pick up. First, the smell is absolutely amazing and draws you! Fresh everything being baked up on site with most of the goods on display. I was a bit unsure what to get when we walked in because of all the delicious options, but then I saw the homemade oatmeal cookie pie and that was it! My partner got the blueberry crumble muffin, not as exciting or tasty, but it was good! However the oatmeal cookie pie was scrumptious! The cookies were soft, yet firm and not crumbly while the filling was thick, light and smooth. So good! Service here, like all outlets at Magnolia, was top notch. They were hustling, but still found time to be cheerful and helpful! Overall, definitely not to be missed when visiting the Silos. You won't regret it!
