I was perplexed. I thought it was interesting they were arguing with me about what I ordered. I just wanted what I ordered. They then told me I had to "go back around." I have never had an experience quite like this. They were nice enough to give me my money back. It was an overall wild experience. I can't comprehend why it was such an ordeal to make me a shake. It would be a great idea when you are out of custard to put a sign at the drive-through notifying your patrons that you are out of custard... so they don't wait in line for 30 minutes to be told you are out of custard, since they came there for a custard. Came to the store 30 minutes before closing, ordered, waited for at least 15 minutes when multiple people were ordering after us and receiving theirs before us. After waiting awhile we went up to a worker and gently reminded them that we had ordered 2 birthday shakes and haven't received them yet. After getting brushed off, we continued to wait, as time was getting closer to close we had told them many more times and got the window shut in our face by the manger and many other workers who were very rude. It wasn't just us who didn't receive our orders, there were other customers waiting their with us, upset as well. After knocking on the window and getting ignored we went to the drive thru window because that was the only way to get the workers to talk to us. We were then told we were not going to be able to get out shakes anymore. We then were asking for our money back but were refused by the workers and the manger.
