I ordered a Oreo/strawberry milkshake. They tried to hand me a Oreo/Strawberry concrete which I contested. They told me no, I ordered a concrete. They then called the kid taking the order inside and closed the window while they had a conference. They opened the window back up and told me that I had in fact ordered a concrete and I was wrong. She never once said Ma'am come to this window. Placed my order, no greeting at all. Almost like I bothered her at this point. When she told me my total, I said I have Andy's rewards. It would be a great idea when you are out of custard to put a sign at the drive-through notifying your patrons that you are out of custard... so they don't wait in line for 30 minutes to be told you are out of custard, since they came there for a custard. Additionally, when a patron suggest you notify them prior to waiting 30 minutes to be turned away... Don't get snarky with the patron, who is already disappointed. Poor business . read more

Came to the store 30 minutes before closing, ordered, waited for at least 15 minutes when multiple people were ordering after us and receiving theirs before us. After getting brushed off, we continued to wait, as time was getting closer to close we had told them many more times and got the window shut in our face by the manger and many other workers who were very rude. After knocking on the window and getting ignored we went to the drive thru window because that was the only way to get the workers to talk to us. I've lived among some of the best Frozen Custard establishments (shoutout to Kopps in Milwaukee!) but I have to say, Andy's in Waco of all places, hangs with the best of them.
