They sell some Coffee items, and coffee beans as they roast their beans. However I was disappointed with the Americano. It tasted watered down. I have been to many coffee shops and ordered Americano, and all the other coffee shops and it can't go wrong! At least it was hot, and the cheddar scone was good. I will probably try another coffee shop if I'm in the area next time.

I ended up getting the bag of Wush Wush which came with a free drink :) CORTADO Honestly, it was almost a week ago but I don't remember too much about this cortado. Which probably means it was at least average. I have made pour overs with the Wush Wush beans and it's super fruity and bright. Definitely a great cup of coffee to enjoy after waking up. Since it's summer, Outpost opens all their windows, which means a lot of wasps come inside. Personally, I'm pretty afraid of them so our group didn't stay for very long after we got everything we needed. They do have a mini vacuum to suck up some of the pesky wasps.

The croissants was flaky they do provide the option of warming it for you. I later went back and got an iced americano I chose the Brazilian roast that they had that was described to have hints of chocolate I thought the Americana was awful I didn't even drink half of it I felt really bad especially because it was almost $5 I wasted on a drink I didn't like. I appreciate it that they didn't charge extra for alternative milk They also sell coffee you can make at home but from my experience I would not buy the coffee that I tried because I didn't like it. But to be fair they also had Ethiopian coffee and something else on drip, my friend she tried the drip coffee and she said it was good Aesthetically this place is beautiful they have lots of plants very chill and earthy I do feel that it's a little uninviting to anyone trying to get work done, most of the tables have signs on it that says not laptop friendly and there's only one table all the way at the back that has a laptop friendly sign and then I saw some people sitting at the counter the counter didn't have any sign. The staff were very friendly and welcoming never had any issue there

Great coffee, great staff and relaxing environment. There was a steady stream of customer getting their fix and obviously a couple regular patrons. The regular staff seemed to know their customers by name and were super friendly. Too early to try the pizza that also shared the space. Maybe next time. A great neighborhood coffee place!

I've been seeing some good news around HotBlack Coffee but didn't quite know exactly where it was…read more I was out for a walk when I happened by the store and decided to pop in. It's actually so much more than a coffee place which was actually super confusing to me at first. Right when you enter to the left, there was a whole wall of wine bottles to choose from. There was a sommelier that was walking a few customers through their wine selection. In the middle section of the place there looked to be an espresso bar/bakery display case and some tables. I was waved over by some friendly employees. I didn't notice a menu straightaway so I told them I was on the hunt for coffee and they produced a menu for me. Now whenever I say coffee what I'm really looking for is a latte so I went with that. You are able to advise on the milk and sugar levels here since I was asked for my preferences. I just deferred to the employee to make their best recommendation. The latte which was about a tall size at Starbucks came out to $5.98. Wowza! A bit expensive. I have to say that it was hot and delicious however. I was also barehanding the cup and it seems to be insulated enough that I didn't need a sleeve to protect myself. Another thing they specialize in appears to be pizza as we saw they had a pizza menu and per some signage, looks like they do tastings on certain days. The tastings sound super intriguing so I'd love to be able to check that out one day.
