My expectation was that the fee would only be applied after the consultation had occurred. Within a two week period I left multiple messages asking that someone call so that I could schedule the service. The last message that I left was to convey my frustration and that they better not put any charges on my credit card. They ended up charging my credit card $50 even though no appointment was ever made. Attempting to do business with this Beauty Marks Studio was a bad mistake.

I never do much for myself, so after my wedding when I sat I how much I love fake lashes, I had to try extensions. When I mentioned I had literally just walked out of the store she said we messed with the eyelashes and she must've been crying and messed up the lashes. Mind you we literally just walked out. Then she starts yelling that everything is perfectly fine and then she just hung up on me! Once I called back she front desk person said all the sudden she had a "corporate meeting" and she cannot take a phone call anymore. If I could give a 0 star I would this isn't how you run a business or treat customers.

The hairstroke technique blended seamlessly with my sparse brows, and the symmetry improved my overall face shape. I was happy with the color Carmen chose for me. Never waited for longer than a few minutes basically enough to snap these pics (which they don't do the place justice). The aesthetic is just gorgeous in person. My initial appointment was for brow and lash tint but once I got in Kalie let me know with my hair color it wouldn't be much of a change.
