They kept us in a small cubicle for 4 days like hostages without food, they were unable to figure out how to do it correctly and did not know how to save data in CEREC memory. Since Dr. Moreno`s "treatment" my wife is on liquid or soft diet, unable to chew and she has to take opiates against pain. They triggered TMJD pain. Criminal dentistry! It was a very traumatizing experience for my wife. I was present and witnessed the entire treatment of my wife. Two years ago, my daughter had major jaw surgery conducted by Dr. Movahed. This surgery was over 6…read morehours long! Prior to the surgery my daughter had trouble breathing, slept with her mouth open and had an extremely weak chin. The surgery was miraculous! Post surgery, my daughter has no breathing issues, can sleep with her mouth closed and now has a beautiful profile with a chin perfectly proportioned to her face. In fact, her whole face seemed to properly align itself. She's a beautiful young woman. Most amazing was the post op recovery. She experienced very little pain! In fact, we only used about half the prescribed pain pills. Dr. Movahed was a stickler about the dos and don'ts of recovery - something extremely necessary with teenagers. I had to constantly remind my daughter that she just had major surgery and should take it easy with chewing hard foods. That's how remarkable this surgery was. The challenges of the surgery were traveling to St Louis and dealing with the insurance company. Dr. Movahed's staff was very helpful on both accounts. Jaw surgery is a major operation, and you want the best. In my opinion, Dr. Movahed proved to be the best with my daughter's life-changing operation.

After needing braces for the third time, I was introduced to Dr. Movahed. I was extremely hesitant to meet with him, and I only agreed to the consultation to appease my orthodontist. To my surprise, I agreed to meet a Dr. who completely change my mind about surgery. From my first visit, until now (9 months post-op), Dr. Movahed and his staff have been EXCEPTIONAL. The entire process was very smooth and I always felt like they truly took the time to get to know me and my needs, which put me at ease during the entire process.   Following my procedure, Dr. Movahed and his nurse practitioner were always a call or text away. I never felt confused about the process nor did I feel neglected in my care or communication regarding the procedure and recovery.   I felt like it was very critical to follow ALL of the "rules" after surgery. I was very intentional about following the instructions, and my recovery went very smoothly. Some days were mentally rough, due to the limited diet you have to follow; however, with Dr. Movahed and my personal support system/family it was doable. Overall, I am beyond grateful that I went through with the procedure. I went into the procedure expecting minor changes to my profile, but the results are far better than anyone anticipated (for the better)! Dr. Movahed is truly more than just a doctor, he is an artist! When the day of my appointment came, the staff were really nice. I had my X-rays done and explained everything I wanted, including a filling and possible future procedures. After that, I was told to sit and wait to be called. I was then taken to an office where someone informed me that they do not work with my type of insurance. I asked why, considering I had already scanned and submitted my insurance information before coming in. She told me I would still have to pay $150 for the visit. I asked what exactly they had done for me to justify that amount, especially since this seemed like their negligence. She replied that it was for the scan. I asked for a copy of the scanned documents, but they could not provide them. I sat there feeling very frustrated. I explained to the woman that I only had $50 on me at the time, and I paid that amount even though I honestly felt robbed. Now they keep sending me payment reminders for the remaining $100, despite the fact that they never actually worked on me. I truly feel these people are not acting professionally

The fish tank is rather large, awkwardly placed and contains only a few less than spectacular fish. The staff at Webster Dental Care is wonderful. Absolutely Exceptional!! Everyone brings a positive attitude including the welcoming receptionist, x-ray technician, dental hygienist and even the Dentist. I've never felt more at ease during a dental appointment. I highly recommend Webster Dental Care if you're looking for a new Dentist even through the waiting room is a disorganized dump.
