Couldn't be more disappointed with the customer support and the job itself. These photos were taken 5 minutes after the appointment. When called to see what they can do to fix this, the manager proceeded to say there in house before and after photos were perfect and they wouldn't do anything to fix this. When I mentioned I had literally just walked out of the store she said we messed with the eyelashes and she must've been crying and messed up the lashes. Mind you we literally just walked out. Then she starts yelling that everything is perfectly fine and then she just hung up on me! Once I called back she front desk person said all the sudden she had a "corporate meeting" and she cannot take a phone call anymore. If I could give a 0 star I would this isn't how you run a business or treat customers. read more

I got my eyelashes done at the Chesterfield location Friday. I decided to get the hybird style. Everyone there was very nice and the girl who done my lashes was a regular stylist. Over all I was generally happy with my eyelashes before I left the shop however when I left later that evening around 8:30 I noticed a few starting to fall out. I didn't think to much of it until later on that night when I noticed many more had fallen out on both eyes. I am so disappointed especially since I paid over 150 for lashes and 35 for the cleaning stuff I bought from them. read more

I originally came here for a special event. When I made the receptionist aware that it was for an event, she gave a glowing recommendation for a specific technician. I have continued to see Kylie on a regular basis ever since. She is so meticulous and satisfies my overwhelming perfectionism. I always feel so glamorous after I see her! I go in for eyebrow, threading and lash tinting. Although prices are more expensive than the threading shops in the mall, I feel the atmosphere and service is far superior and worth the extra. I fully understand the necessity of deposits. That's not a question; countless businesses do that. But how often do you do business with companies that have credit cards on file and BEFORE they charge your credit card, either for a deposit or any other charge, do they ask "Is it all right to apply $X to the credit card we have on file?" Not just proceeding without advising what that dollar amount will be or confirming it is OK to charge your credit card. 100% of my experience with your location was not being informed of a deposit charge being applied to my credit card. I was never given a dollar amount nor asked to confirm if it was OK to use my credit card on file T that time. And only one time was I even informed that it was charged - and as is 100% consistent, only after the charge was made. read more

I was extremely dissatisfied with my session and my lashes. Especially since I upgraded to a Volume fill this visit, because I have a special event coming up this weekend. To spend more money for sub-par service is definitely not what I was expecting. I couldn't believe she even allowed me to walk out of there with clumps of glue in my lashes. Once I made it to my car and got a "good look" I attempted to remove what looked like lint, but was in fact glue and it wouldn't budge. The crazy part is, the stylist didn't even apologize. I went in for a lash lift. I expressed my concerns that it wouldn't work because of my long, straight lashes that point down. I was assured by the stylist that it would work. The lashes looked ok from the quick glance I was given in the dim space at the completion of the process, but on the drive home I could feel something wasn't right. Upon closer inspection, I realized the process didn't work. Some lashes were curled, but others were still stick straight, and some were bent and pointing in crazy directions including hanging down over my eye. I reached out to the business to express my concerns and provide photos of the results and a week went by with no response. I reached out a second time and still no response. I paid $90 for a process that didn't work and left my lashes worse than when I came in, and the business can't bother to return my inquiries to make it right. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Edit - the salon general manager admitted that they reviewed photos of my lashes that the stylist took at the end of the service and they agree that the service didn't work. However, they refuse to refund my money. I paid over $100 for literally NOTHING. They've offered a second lash lift for free, but given the fact that the stylist let me leave knowing the service didn't work, and that three weeks later I'm left with a bunch of oddly bent lashes pointing in weird directions and I'm worse off than when I went in, I will not be returning to this business. read more

The Appointment making processes was seamless. I called and spoke with Leah who was very helpful in getting me scheduled for the service i needed. The day of Leah checked me in and got me the paperwork that explained the process and answered any of the questions I had. it was a super easy process. Abbey, my stylist, came and got me from the waiting room and we went through my history and what I was looking for with my lashes. We did decide on the hybrid lashes for the look I was wanting. I never do much for myself, so after my wedding when I sat I how much I love fake lashes, I had to try extensions. My lash tech was super sweet and everyone that worked there were really nice people. I just don't think the lashes I received are worth the money they are charging. Eyelash extensions are my weakness. I'm seriously obsessed ever since I started getting them done this summer, and it's a pricey habit. BUT it's amazing waking up with beautiful, fluttery lashes and not having to worry about whether your mascara is clumping or accidental "raccoon eyes" in the middle of the afternoon. Lash Lounge was by far the nicest location I've been to. The interior is chic with purple accented decor, and their chairs are super comfortable. They even provide you with a soft fleece blanket while you get your service done. I never fall asleep during these services because that's just how I am. However, this would definitely be the place to take a nap. I served as a lash model for one of the techs who is currently undergoing training, so I got a complimentary service + 1 refill. It was a 3 hour process, but normal sessions usually only take about 1 hour. Amy was so sweet and kind. She has a very soothing voice and explained every part of the process. No other lash place has done that for me before, and I truly appreciated the thorough explanations. It made me feel more secure and comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. Amy even offered to lend me her umbrella when it was raining so I could walk to my car and protect my lashes, which is above and beyond what I would have expected. The prices are a bit more than I expected, but I suppose that's your basic supply and demand concept. I paid less in California and New York, but there were lash extension places everywhere. As a student, it's not really in my budget anymore (plus my school schedule is jam-packed with tests). They do offer a package deal where you pay a flat fee of $109 a month, and that includes 2 classic refills a month. Definitely consider giving this place a shot, or sign up to be a lash model :) read more

I scheduled an appointment online to have brow thread/ tint and lashes. They sent an email and said that the person I scheduled with was not certified for brows and I would need to schedule with someone else. I said that was fine and to schedule me with a technician that is certified. They said they changed the tech and I paid the deposit. I arrive 20 mins early and sit in the waiting area. The lady with the blonde curly hair walks right by me ( I am in a chair in the middle of the room) and walks behind the counter and picks up her cell phone. She puts it down and said " Oh I didn't see you sitting there , do you have an appointment. She has me fill out paperwork. I get to a " model" page and I noticed it said things like " this tech is learning" and " your lashes may not look like they normally would". I went to the counter to discuss this with her. She said " yeah, you signed up to be a model and have your lashes by someone who is still learning/ not certified. She will be supervised the whole time though". Then she explained that is why it's only $50 and not full price because they won't look as full or last as long because it takes her longer because she is learning. I told her that I don't care how much it costs and I didn't sign up to be a model. She said " yeah you did, they told you and you said ok". She then proceeds to spend 6 mins going through the emails and messages between myself and the company. She said omg, I see that no one told you and said sorry. She told me the tech is good and almost ready to graduate in a few weeks. She had the tech come up and I met her. She was very nice and showed me a couple of lash clients she completed. They looked ok. The tech told me that a classic full set takes 2 hours, but it takes her 3 hours because she is still learning. She told me that she probably won't finish in time and that's why it cost so much less. I asked her to elaborate on " not as full" . She said she will go from eye to eye working from the outsides into the center and she may run out of time and the center of my eyes may have no lashes applied. For that reason I said no. I said I would forgo lashes and just my brows threaded and tinted. She then said she isn't certified to do brows. THE WHOLE REASON THEY CHANGED THE PERSON IM THE 1ST PLACE IS BECAUSE THE OTHER TECH WASN'T CERTIFIED. The tech in training said that the person over seeing her would be watching her with lashes and helping with brows. The supervisor tech made her way to the front and the receptionist filled her in. The receptionist told her I just want my brows done and not lashes. The supervisor said she can either tint them or thread them , but not both because she doesn't have time for both. The receptionist asked why. The supervisor said she has a client coming in at 5 and she has to get prepped for her. The receptionist said that's an hour from now and the thread and tint only takes 30 mins and that would leave 30 mins to get ready for the next client. The receptionist also offered to help her get ready for the next client. The supervisor said no, it's not enough time. The receptionist offered to call the next client and ask them to come at 5:15 instead of 5. The supervisor said no, because she is leaving at 6 today. I said ok, so I am scheduled for 4-7 and the supervisor over seeing my tech is leaving at 6.amd has another client at 5 so I would have 1 hour of my 3 hour app. I clarified that I would have walked out with no brows and very sparse lashes because she can't work without supervisor so none of the services I was scheduled for would have been completed. The receptionist offered to reschedule. I explained that I was leaving for vacation in 7 hours and that's why I am here. I had this appointment booked weeks in advance and if they HAD communicated any of this I would have said no and asked for a certified tech or booked else where. I scheduled my whole day around this appointment and waisted 1.5 hours driving,sitting in their office, only to receive no service. She said she would have the manager call, I have received no call. read more

However like all the other reviews when wanting to cancel my subscription, since it was draining my wallet, you have to know a month in advance or they will charge you again. I figured maybe I didn't explain myself clearly so I returned 2 weeks later at that time I definitely made myself clear what I wanted the tech understood and agreed. When she was finished she handed me the mirror and I noticed the lashes were still not to my liking and I told her. She said okay at your next visit I'll make them thicker. At this point I come to realize that they only apply just enough to keep coming back. I went home very disappointed and I canceled my follow up appointment. What a shame.... It's very clean and the Covid-19 procedures that they have in place such as taking temperatures, having people fill out wellness forms, and everyone wearing masks makes it feel safe. The stylists all do such amazing work their Instagram pictures speak for themselves. They offer a lot of different services than just lash extensions such as brow tints, lash tints, and threading. My stylist was more than happy to explain everything to help me decide. Not to mention if you're like me and are low maintenance and have good natural lashes they offer Lash Lifts! And if you pair it with a lash tint, and it makes your lashes look like you just curled them and put on mascara every morning without the hassle. 10/10 recommend The Lash Lounge they customize every service just for you and are very informative! read more

I was happy with my first two lash lifts but this one I got a few days ago is not great. (Update:has now been a month). My eyelashes aren't curled at all and I use a spooly too try and help guide them after a shower and nope!! I'm just really disappointed because the first couple were good and I got them done for the holidays this time and was expecting way better. Your supposed to wait 24 hours to get them wet and I always wait a day and a half just in case... for $75 I don't take a chance with them getting wet at all until at least 24 hours. Probably won't ever get them done here again because I can just use an eyelash curler and they'll look better than they do now and it won't cost me $75 to come out looking the same as I went in. Update: owner offered 15% off next visit. They will not refund you. I don't even want to go back and sit for an hour and risk the same thing happening again. They say to wait however many weeks apart to prevent over processing... 6 weeks I think, and I went in at 5 I believe... so the front desk should have suggested I wait a week or explained that to me as well as the stylist before she/he started... now I have to wait another 6 at least and my eye lashes look terrible. read more

I saw Grace for my service and she was very slow and I was not happy with my service. I received a brow tint and she applied the tint twice and didn't leave it on long enough. I ended up paying for a service that I was not happy with. I am also use to having my brows cleaned up when I get my tint, but this was an extra service and she didn't have time to do. I have had eyebrow threading many times before. Threading should be fast and hardly any pain at all. This took much longer than I have ever been on the table before and the pain was difficult to handle. She was much too slow with the whole threading process and much too fierce in removing eyebrow laches. Now I know why someone told me they would never go back because of the pain.
