We would gladly look past the double charge for our larger dog if you could make an adjustment in your availability. But really, what is the difference in price for anyway? We went back and forth on what I needed and got our petite golden doodle on their schedule. Anyway...groomer Lauren texted she was on her way and arrived inside of the schedule window. We discussed what we wanted and she verified everything and gave suggestions that we could do. Lauren was fantastic and texted us throughout the process and sent pics. Her calm demeanor and purposeful movements put North, Sheba, and Milo at ease, even during their first visits. North can be a extra dramatic with her claws but Mae's professional handling ensures both her and May are safe. Every visit leaves our dogs looking and feeling fabulous with happy wags.
