I am a patient there but if you have an issue, you can't get an appointment, they refer you to an urgent care place, not at all helpful.

My right ear was feeling clogged up for almost a month so I asked my primary care doctor (Michael E…read moreLim) to recommend a good ear doctor--he recommended this place! And he was so right! They got my right ear working like new after my first visit, by doing a thorough cleaning of it and my left ear too! This practice is very efficient and easy to work with! You can fill out all the needed paperwork online before your actual visit and also do your check-in online too, before you come in! For each of my 2 visits, I only waited about 5 minutes each time! The Nurse Practitioner who fixed my ears - Allison- did an amazingly thorough job doing so and also prescribed these awesome ear drops called Debrox (which greatly softened some leftover well-embedded wax in my left ear)...she got that leftover, embedded wax out of my left ear in 5 minutes during my 2nd visit! I will definitely be back for my routine ear cleaning each year --and will make sure I never ever again stick anything in my ears to clean them...I'll definitely leave it to Suburban ENT to do that from now on! An added benefit to coming to this location is that their office plaza is next to the awesome Portillo's in Rolling Meadows! What better way to celebrate a great doctor's office visit than a big delicious meal at Portillo's?!?!

If I could, I would give this provider a negative -10 rating. I have seen Dr. Saidha approximately…read morefive times. My initial visits were for sinus testing; however, during follow-up appointments, my test results were never reviewed or explained. At my most recent visit, Dr. Saidha did not appear to recognize me or be familiar with my medical history. She had only a single sheet of paper and seemed confused about my prior visits. When I requested to go over of my last three test results, she reacted as if the request was unreasonable. She also acted like it had been a year since my last visit, when in fact I had seen her less than 2 week earlier. Additionally, she was rude and became defensive when I asked questions about the next steps in my care. This lack of familiarity with my case and unwillingness to communicate clearly made me very uncomfortable. It is difficult to trust a physician with surgical care or any type of care when they do not seem aware of the patient in front of them. Additionally, she often seemed rushed during appointments and appeared to make assumptions about the next steps rather than thoroughly explaining the treatment plan.

I had a great experience with Dr. Saidha, and she truly took care of me. After seeing another…read moredoctor, I knew in my gut that I needed a second opinion, and I'm very glad I found Dr. Saidha. She was thorough, reassuring, and addressed the issue directly. I'm grateful for her care.

Front Desk staff demeanor was incredibly rude and condescending! When I informed them that I only had an electronic copy of my insurance card Front desk lady started huffing and puffing, visibly in distress. She provided me the email, and spelled out " G-E-N-E-R-A-L" as if it is not common spelling. I emailed it to them as I do with other providers, and as I was waiting in the waiting area she calls me over by gesturing with her hand instead of calling me by name, also very professional. She said "The image is too large", and in case I didn't understand they also took the time to print it out into several sheets of paper, which she then preceded to show me one by one. And when I told them that I didn't have a copy of the back side, she about almost lost it! Case in point, I am not sure what the deal was and had I not been there out of medical necessity I would have walked away in a heart beat, but I have been to many other medical providers and until yesterday never had I been treated with such disrespect. It is the first impression you make of your practice and it was not a good one. I would advice that you give your Front Staff some additional breaks so they don't become so overwhelmed by small simple tasks. Or perhaps some additional training with computer software so they know how to make a large image into a smaller one. Audiologist and Dr. Deitch were great, so it's a shame that front desk behaved like so. Thank you!
