Also tried to tell me I have dry eyes three times so they can sell me overpriced drops I guess. In my 59 years on this planet I have never complained about or told that I have dry eyes by any optometrist. Left with a $205 bill and didn't even order contacts. This place is a joke and a scam. I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Visual Eyes. From the moment I approached the outside glass office door I was greeted by Lindsay with a big smile. I knew then that this was going to be a very positive experience. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly, approachable, patient, and readily available to answer my questions. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and a person and this is now my go-to store for all my vision issues. Blessie, who does the preliminary exam, took her time to explain the process and what was going to happen using the new technology, Dr. Small who was incredibly kind and patient, provided the best and by far the most thorough eye examination I've ever had and I'm pushing 80 and last but certainly not least there is the very patient Tim who helped me pick out two pair of glasses based on my color and financial preference from their fantastic selection of eyewear. I was never rushed nor was I pressured to buy anything. Actually, I was going to purchase three pair but Tim didn't think the third pair was needed and in hindsight he is correct. I apologize for the long review but I believe this group of people deserve to be recognized for their wonderful customer service, professionalism and patient care as this is sometimes lacking in other stores I've shopped in. After this visit I believe I can highly recommend Visual Eyes and their staff to others.

Then I went online to order and you need a PD to fill the prescription (which is the bridge of your nose distance) I called office because that was not listed on my script. They said they didn't take that measurement and I would have to go to somewhere to get it taken. I said I told the assistant I was ordering glasses online and they should have takes all the measurements. They stated "Well we Didn't" So now I have to go somewhere else and pay again. She found a way to prevent my eyes from automatically focusing every lens choice put in the machine and being unable to determine which one was clearer. She is resourceful and creative in understanding and solving problems. When Dr Doyle became temporarily unavailable, we went to her associate, Dr Sara Derr for many years and have had an excellent experience with her problem solving skills, as well. Our whole family sees Dr Derr, and has for years, including care for a grandson who had a cataract removed as an infant. This is a winning team of excellent eye doctors.
