She was fantastic and very helpful from getting the truck to hooking up the tow. Loading the truck, moving, was a hassle and her help made it a bit less stress for me. I mean I just had the truck for a day to fill it and that was fun!!! So once I got back to Uhaul, exhausted already, Linda was there to help. She connected the tow and we loaded the car and I was off. I made it!! LOL I was driving a 20ft trailer and towing a vehicle on the trailer. It was a bit crazy. Unreliable in service, unfair billing. After months not…read moreusing LawnLove because I was fed up with them postponing mowing themselves several times in the same month and then when grass was too high for them they wanted to charge over double the rate. I got a service that is $10 less. Called in Jan. to cancel on the phone when they reactivated account without letting me know and sent notification they were coming. They mowed without me knowing they had come (grass was too short from being mowed days before in Winter). Then they refused to refund the amount of the mowing. Fraud.

Agreed to price of $156 to remove leaves and branches. The leaves and branches were bagged but…read morenever removed. I had to remove the bags myself. I have now been charged by Lawn Love for $212 which was not the agreed price and the job was never completed by Lawn Love. I will be filing a formal complaint against them with the State Attorney's office.

First of all, when you call this place of business, you're lucky if someone answers (this business doesn't appear to have voicemail capability). When someone does answer and you ask to speak with Chris (the manager), they will take a message. However, you do not receive a call back from Chris or anyone else for that matter. After leaving it there for several days, Soto's Tools diagnosed the issue to be a faulty battery. Chris stated this should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and would work with Homelite in resolving the issue. After nearly a month of waiting, Chris said Homelite was not being cooperative in working with him on obtaining a replacement battery and then proceeded to say that the motor was bad. I went to go pick up the lawn mower a couple of days later as a result. Basically, my reasoning for not recommending this place of business is that their communication with customers is very little, the original diagnosis was incorrect and for not being capable of getting my electric mower to a working state.
