In 2007 we built our home and hired Summit Excavating to install a new septic system. The tank was…read moreinstalled near the back of our home and the mound was installed at the rear of our lot. A few years later we found that the mound was built partially on our neighbors property and had to be altered. Summit looped off about 20' of the mound to remove it from the neighbors yard. The mound was then too small for our house. The mound began to leak causing a large wet area both in our yard and our neighbors. I called Jim Easterling and told him about the problem he tried unsuccessfully to get the end of the mound to seal, I called him several more times and he stopped responding to my calls. The mound has now completely failed with swampy areas at both ends and middle of the mound. I now have to spend a significant amount of money to change my entire system. This company is run by a lazy owner who fails to make things right. I would recommend anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere

Blake, the technician, communicated with me and arrived promptly when he said he would. He figured out the issue with our unit within minutes. It was almost embarrassing how quickly he found out what was wrong. On top of this, he was able to point out the age of our equipment and will be giving us a quote. Even though we aren't expecting to replace any of our units in the near future, I felt no pressure from him to buy any of their equipment.
