Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

After checking online and looking at all the reviews I gave them a call. They not only cleared my drain but saved me some money because he thought he was going to have to replace some pipes. Thank God he tried something and it worked. They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me. This company was great the technicians and the manager Borus. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and are not like most companies that charge so much to do the job. I used Mr. Rooter back in September 2025 because of a magnet advertisement I was sent in the mail a…read morelong time ago. I had it on my fridge. Bad mistake. The President claimed, "IF MY MISTERS CAN'T OPEN YOUR CLOGGED DRAIN ... YOU DON'T PAY!!" I found this to be untrue. I purchased a home in which the bathroom sink was clogged. I called them and a young Mr. Rooter plumber came out. He tried to snake the drain with commercial equipment and was unable to. He called a more experienced member of the company. They eventually left my home and I was without a bathroom sink for a couple weeks until I had Raymond Plumbing out. Raymond Plumbing was able to snake it with a 15' consumer snake that can be purchased at Home Depot. On the day that two Mr. Rooter plumbers came out, they wanted to charge me $716 (supposed discounted rate) for examining my bathroom sink drain. They used a camera and supposedly attempted to use a jet. I was told by the experienced plumber before he left that the cost to get the drain working again would be $1,400. But, only if I authorized the work on that very day. He said they would need to break into the wall and it would cost more if they had to come back out. I would not authorize that work. The experienced plumber left and the young, primary plumber stayed behind to collect money. Prior to the lower prices mentioned above, the experienced plumber wanted me to pay 11-12k to fix the main drainage. He said that rocks in the pipe were a big problem. Not exactly sure what all they intended to do. They were in my back yard talking among themselves before hitting me with the 11-12k fix that put me in shock. He told me they offered financing. I was against that because the drain problem was only with 1 sink. As many would, I started to distrust this experienced plumber and didn't believe anything more he was saying. He left my home and the primary plumber ended up only charging $500 and I wrote a check even though the drain was not working. I cancelled the check and Mr. Rooter sent my account to collections. We settled on something less than $500 via collections. Mr. Rooter - never again. That advertisement was false.

She knows everyone in Wickliffe and is universally loved! WyattWorks didn't know my mom. They just know that she needed help: after hours. Wyatt was there immediately; and in a time of COVID 19, the technician followed social distancing guidelines. He also fixed the problem with courtesy, AND, the company gave her a very generous price break because of her age. In a time of need and in a time when compassion is needed, WyattWorks plumbing perfectly did their job!

We had some concerns about cracks in the basement walls and called on OSW for a warranty…read moreinspection. Ron was great and flagged 5 specific areas his team would come out to repair. Service was scheduled a few months later and they came out on Oct. 21st to do the work. I was surprised there wasn't an excavator, but the four man crew dug out the ground with hand shovels. Didn't matter much, they installed their barriers, topped with their tar compound and filled the holes back up. They showed me what was going on and explained the what/why as they went and left me very pleased. It's been less than a month, but haven't had an issue yet. So far, happy to report I don't expect that to change much either. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.

Also, that it would prevent the mold stuff getting into my furnace in the crawlspace. But, I did not hear that they don't encapsulate the interior walls and more importantly that they leave the inside part of the floor uncovered. Common sense is that if the entire floor is not covered there can still be mold and radon. I'm just disappointed in the service and a supervisor did come out and that this is how they do it.
