Our table locked in on the birria and bison lettuce wrap tacos, and there were no regrets. The best birria tacos anyone had had (we had a few connoisseurs). There were many raves about the sauce in the lettuce wraps as well. Rounding out the top 3 tacos was the carne asada with an absolutely killer tomatillo sauce that I could have put a straw in if I wouldn't be judged. For me, the flavors are more like a 3/5: the beef tasted a bit stronger than I'm used to, hate to use the word "gamey" but that's the best description I can use. The fries made in beef tallow also had a distinctive taste that wasn't necessarily bad but not my favorite. The only item that was a 1/5 for me was the shake, where I had to just say no and barely could have three tastes of it. The sweetness was just too unusual for me. However, I might just be used to more standard food (usually more into In n Out or Shake Shack or Good Times vibes) so I'm happy I tried this and encourage others to check it out for themselves!
