I had a Beef Sandwich and a Chicago Dog from their tiny food truck that was parked at Fort Collins Nursery. The Beef was EXCELLENT, like Portillo's. It comes with Hot Giardenara peppers but no sweet peppers. The dog was very good also. It even comes on a Poppy Seed hot dog bun. Very authentic, very delicious. I will hunt then down whenever I'm in FOCO.

This tastes like what you want at a backyard BBQ. Served on a red plastic tray with paper lining, this mom and pop place dishes humble food without breaking the bank. Bacon was crispy, cheese was melty, I had no complaints! Only knock on the cheese fries were that they desperately needed salt. It's not the best burger place of all time, but it doesn't need to be.
