They also get orders wrong more than they seem to get them correct. So when the expensive food isn't worth it - and the service goes downhill and the prices become obscene? I have a pretty good heat tolerance and liked the spice of extra hot but just regular hot is good enough I think and a bit more enjoyable. I was surprised how much food the order came with when I opened the box. Thick chicken tenders and generous portions of sauce, pickles and slaw too. The fries were nice and crispy and I like the seasoning. Staff was very friendly too even though I showed up while they were getting ready to close down for the night. We talked to the person there and found it was run by his family, and they do an exceptional job. You can always tell this because the meat had a nice texture and was not overly salty, but instead as I stated seasoned and cooked perfectly. Additionally, the fries were well cooked, crisp and hot. They take care to keep the oil fresh and clean, so the fries taste like fries instead of old dirty oil. As an added bonus he even treated my pup to a small dish of ice cream which she enjoyed on a hot day. Fortunately, we showed up a little after the lunch rush and was able to spend a few minutes talking about the business and baseball and our combined hate of the dreaded Dodgers.
