I asked if I could do 1/2 and 1/2 (green and red) and the gentleman (owner?) said he could technically do it, but didn't really want to. My wife ordered the quesadilla, and after one bite spit it out. The queso was so watered down it literally had no flavor left at all, and wouldn't cling to the chip (which were cold and stale). When I asked if they had any "fresh queso", the gentleman told him me he had been running restaurants for 37 years, and had owned this one for 12 years! Makes no difference, the queso was awful. He did offer to refund my money, but I did not take him up on it. It seemed they really didn't want us in there. We did not feel welcome. We won't be back. 2 Stars.
