Everything in the box is a pretty standard size. I was full off half a wrap, which is normal for lunch. I also ate half my chocolate chunk cookie, which was really good! Like a nice soft batch cookie. One of my coworkers is gluten free, and she even said how nice it was that so many GF options were available. She generally can't even eat catered lunches!
