They had the local manager Nareen call me who was fairly nice and promised a free meal f9r the family next visit. When we went, she denied having made the offer, and even denied having called me. Phone logs don't lie, why lie about such a thing? She was extremely belligerent and rude, arguing in front of other customers. Isn't it enough that they mess up the orders consistently but then felt it appropriate f9r a manger to yell at and berate us. Wendy's corporate office needs to ensure their reputation isn't damaged by individuals like Nareen Who clearly thinks that excelling at Your job means doing it worse than anyone else. Wendy's food is decent and we liked it but there are MANY choices out there and I doubt I would pay for the privilege of my child being made ill from mistakes, or for the abusive behavior of the manager. Harvey's and McDonald's- no wonder your businesses are doing well, with this Wendy's next to you.

The only thing that is the same is the location and the ovens for which they cook on. Really not a good place to go, and the taste of the now much smaller sized chicken is not good. I think we paid about $23 for a single dinner. No coleslaw, no gravy, nothing else.
