I have gone to this subway several times and it wasn't too bad at first. I'm not expecting 5-star service at a fast food restaurant, but when my order is wrong more often than not it's extremely frustrating. They NEVER toast my sandwich. There was maybe once or twice that they did and that was all which I really don't understand considering flatbread is always toasted. Anyway, I never get the sauces and toppings I ask for and today they randomly decided to add tomato. Very disappointing that this Subway can never be consistent considering how convenient it is that there is a drive thru. read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. The store just can't get it together. Every one of the employees is rude. Their drive-through almost never works and the customer gets yelled at for it not working. When I complained to corporate about their manager yelling at me and slamming the drive-through window in my face I received a reply email from that manager calling me a liar and explaining how I cussed and screamed at him and demanded my order be made first. Absolutely ridiculous. The place was empty. Completely empty and now he's trying to claim he was so busy making sandwiches that he couldn't get to the drive-through. Lies This store is a joke. read more

The employee was super helpful every time and I have been coming to this place for years and it has all been great except the fly incident

i come here fairly regularly and service is always bueno, apart from the uno time worker was high but other than that. pretty bueno.

I like to order online, drive in and pick up. Sometimes the order is made correctly, sometimes it's not. But one time I walked in passed an employee smoking and on his phone right next to the door. Got a nice intake of smoke before walking in to grab my food. Greeted the lady and told her my order. She looked around but she didn't have my order that was made half an hour ago. After the guy from outside comes in, it is determined that they saw the order, but lost it. And instead of finding out how to retrieve it, they just left it. So they call the manager and he walks them through. Ok so they got my order, but oh ya we don't have this one sub you ordered. (Why was it an option and took my money if you don't have it?) they offer to make the less lavish version of the sub. I accept but quickly inquire about the additional charge. A bit of arguing and I got my two bucks (it shoulda been 2.5 or 3 but at that point I was done and had no confidence the two workers could refund my money via an online order. Took me an hour. Not going back anytime soon. read more

Ordered my daughter a turkey with bacon sub and myself a BLT salad from the drive through. When I got to the window the lady was super rude (didn't say hello, was annoyed, etc) she then asked me if I wanted lettuce on my salad because I didn't "click lettuce" on the screen....lol. I meant it's a salad so....lol. I also asked for 3 honey mustards for my salad. I got our food, went home, and when I opened the salad there was the smallest handful of brown lettuce, RAW bacon (literally it was 2 strips of raw cold bacon sitting on top of the lettuce, and one honey mustard. My daughters sub had 2 strips of raw cold bacon too. We went back up there and showed them and the lady ignored me until a man said he'd take care of it. He even said that's not edible and said she was the one who made the food basically throwing her under the bus lpl. Never going there again. read more

The employee who assisted me today was obviously high (obnoxiously shouting nonsense, slurring his words, and smelled strongly of marijuana). This was essentially the last straw for me. I tend to get food from here a lot as I work nearby, often don't have the time to pack a lunch, and it's essentially the only establishment in the area that offers any remotely healthy choices. However, my order is constantly wrong, items are forgotten, and now this. I get that working at Subway is no one's dream job. I don't expect you to smile at me or ask me how I'm doing or pretend that working there isn't sucking your very will to live. All I ask is that you get my order right like 90% of the time and don't be high at work. I don't think those are unreasonable expectations. read more

This Subway is horrible. Lack of professionalism. Not my fault the workers hate their job.

I get take out there 3 or 4 times a month every month since the store opened a couple of years ago. I've never had a bad sandwich and never met an unplesant employee. Clean & polite & decent prices. read more

This place is the worst Subway I've ever been too. We've been there many times because we love Subway and its so close but last night was the last straw... no bread except for wheat and wraps, ordered a 12" at driveup window and was given a 6", asked for toasted got burnt bun, asked for bacon and got none, tried to use coupon we received in the mail but was told owner doesn't accept coupons. Many times before our order has been messed up, we've been told items weren't available and more times than I can count the store has closed, like a half hour, before their posted closing time. When it gets late, like 8:30, they lock the doors and you must use the drive-thru. The drive-thru has a digital ordering system that is limited and we have never gotten our correct order by using the thing. Not sure if employees aren't able to read the order or the system is messed up. Oh, and they barely put anything on the sandwiches... Just really disappointed.. Next time we'll drive to Mayfield or Kirtland. read more
