This Subway location has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. For months, their bathroom has been out of order, forcing employees to go next door just to use the restroom. That's unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Even worse, the owner has shown extremely inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. Telling employees or customers not to speak Spanish and threatening to call immigration is racist, offensive, and absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way--especially in a diverse city where people deserve respect regardless of their language or background. Between the lack of basic facilities and the toxic, discriminatory environment created by the owner, I will never support this location again. This subway is modern and renovated which is nice. But I hate the cross-contamination when one workers uses fresh gloves for your veggie sandwich and then another worker that has handled all the meat touches your sandwich. Don't love that and the better managed subways tend to avoid that. Also the knives weren't separate so I didn't bother having mine cut. read more

I can't stand a place that closes before the time that is posted online and under door

I have been to this location for many years and without much of a problem. Recently they changed their menus to add many different styles of Meatball sandwiches. Great, who doesn't want options. The problem is every time I go for a meatball sandwich, they tell me they don't have any, they are out. Every time. Regardless of the time of day, or day of the week. How can you change the menu, add different styles of meatball sandwiches and not have them available? Today I went there yet again only to be told yet again they don't have meatballs for sandwiches. me and my friend went in to buy sandwiches, and we were immediately greeted with rudeness. I asked for oil on my sandwich. I don't know if the woman that works there is stupid, but she put mayo on my sandwich. I have never thought that mayo and oil sound alike. My friend asked for Italian bread, and the man gave her white bread. I know that these are simple mistakes, but it completely ruined our sandwiches. I will never be coming back here again! read more

I don't mean to be a dick here, but according to dictionary.com, Febru-any isn't a word. I don't want to get into how ridiculously careless it is in your editorial process to use a word that doesn't exist in your advertising. As we listen further to the advertisement, we find out ANY foot long sub is five american. FIVE AMERICAN. Any Sub. ANY. You wouldn't have butt fucked two words together unless your shit was serious. Any means any. Roast beef falls under that category. YO, some of that meat looks exhausted. Maybe you should look at maybe upping the quality of your meat and cut down the millions that you're dropping on professional athletes. I have had it with this location. I work very close to this location and so we frequent this establishment multiple times per week out of convenience. We have constantly received terrible service there. They find every loop hole they can to not honor coupons, coupon codes, and even their own sales offers. I highly recommend against giving them your business. I am not usually someone to give a bad review, but when I talked to the franchise owner and told him that neither my coworkers would be coming back, his reply was "Ok". As far as Subway goes, this one is always clean, employees are always polite and I always get exactly what I want. Easy parking too.

The food tasted more bland than the usual subway. The bread was undercooked. But my main issue was with the cookies. Idk what they did to them, but they were actually flavorless. They've ruined them completely. I should have just walked the extra couple blocks to the one on Clybourn. read more

They just lost a regular customer after my experience here with an extremely rude employee. I initially bought sandwiches, chips, and juice for my 2 kids. Halfway through eating they were finished with juice and still thirsty so I got up to grab cups for water. The water cups are behind the counter and not visible. The only employee there, who made our sandwiches (and was friendly enough) was sitting down in the back on his phone, glanced up and kept talking, so I grabbed two cardboard fountain cups off the counter and filled them with water. A few seconds later, Another employee walked in from outside, talked to the sandwich maker, and informed me that I needed to buy fountain drinks or pay for the 2 cups because they are very expensive? He then proceeded to charge me .$70 for two cups. Of tap water. In a cardboard cup. When I asked where it says the cups cost .$35 each, he said it doesn't but that's what his manager said. I asked to talk to his manager but of course the manager wasn't there. When I said I would have asked for water cups but the employee was on the phone, I was told "well you should have asked him". Sorry, I'm the customer - he should have put down his cell phone and said "can I help you?". Ridiculous. read more
