The worst part is, that it seems like the owners were there chatting it up. Will probably not be returning for some time.

I finally asked the front counter employee what category this menu item was listed under because I couldn't find it on the screen. He wasn't able to locate the Chicken Chalupa on the menu either so he just had me come up to the front counter so he could take my order. He said he was not familiar with ordering on the kiosk. I don't like to order at the front counter because I always customize substitutions when placing my order on the Kiosk. I received my order that I placed at the front counter in a short amount of time. I noticed my "Loaded" Beef Nachos had very little beef, the refried beans were dumped together, very little cheese and the chips were stale. I also placed a to go order for my husband & had to ask several employees where the order was because I had received notification on my phone that the order was ready. Employees had no clue where the boxed order was even though I could see the order ready to go just sitting on the counter behind the front counter. So yea, I was just concerned that I was charged for the wrong meal, but they did not seem to care. Really, the small amount I had to pay is not an issue, I just wanted to know what went wrong so the same thing would not happen next time. No need to worry about that. This is my second time ever eating at this chain restaurant, and I have been let down. For $12 or less, I could have gotten a full lunch special meal at any of the local Mexican restaurants.
