Vary nice I am in love and the food is always good ,service is ok, overall good quality

Recently visited this location on 8/9/24 for lunch. I tried locating the menu item for Chicken Chalupa on the mobile kiosk. I finally asked the front counter employee what category this menu item was listed under because I couldn't find it on the screen. He wasn't able to locate the Chicken Chalupa on the menu either so he just had me come up to the front counter so he could take my order. He said he was not familiar with ordering on the kiosk. I don't like to order at the front counter because I always customize substitutions when placing my order on the Kiosk. I received my order that I placed at the front counter in a short amount of time. I noticed my "Loaded" Beef Nachos had very little beef, the refried beans were dumped together, very little cheese and the chips were stale. I also placed a to go order for my husband & had to ask several employees where the order was because I had received notification on my phone that the order was ready. Employees had no clue where the boxed order was even though I could see the order ready to go just sitting on the counter behind the front counter. I couldn't just go behind the register & get the order Overall the food & service was lacking today. I won't be back for a return visit as this was not the first time food, service & cleanliness was not the best at this location. read more

Taco Bell - Taco Supreme? - Tacos Near Me - Choctaw, Oklahoma

Hadn't been here in a while. They do have new items on the menu, but I went with my favorite...the Mexican pizza with 2 tacos. Drink was supposed to be coke or Pepsi, whichever they carry. Paid my $12. Got my order, pulled into parking lot to eat. First, no napkins or sauce. Went inside to get those. The pizza looked like it had just been slung into the box. Cheese and sauce were all over the box bottom. Needed silverware to eat it. Some part of it, whether it was the tortilla, the meat, sauce, etc. tasted old. Took a drink to help wash it down and surprise! It was root beer! The tacos tasted ok, just messy, thrown together. I was pretty disappointed to say the least. read more

What is wrong with this place. Every single time they get my order wrong and it's not just mine! Any time my family goes there it's wrong for them too! I ask for extra toppings on the nacho bell grande and no tomatoes and it's just ALL. CHEESE. Not even enough cheese to cover the chips. It's like some greedy caseoh wants to keep all the ingredients to themselves or something. Not to mention you gave me like 1% of beans, 20% cheese, and 69% of just chips. The food was awful had to trash the Navhos Bell Grande they poured a salt shaker on it. probably because ab a month ago I picked up an order that wasn't wrapped correctly and was all mixed in the bottom of the bag. The girl at the window acts like you're a nuisance not a customer that is helping to pay her wages. I say get rid of the night crew and manager and hire people that care. another drive thru Mexican food restaurant would put them Out of business! Choctaw needs one! read more

This Taco Bell never has their freezes working no matter the time of day. It is usually the Baja Blast freeze that is still liquid.

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The employees are always very nice. I've never had a bad experience here.

Walk in stood at counter for 10 minutes, than I turn and order on self help then 5 minutes they came and collected my money been waiting now for 20 minutes, then went to counter the said my order was wipe off the screen now they are making it but had to wait for 30 minutes for 4 tacos and 4 burrito. This has been the best Taco Bell I've ever been to but it is definitely declining. Made an order online for pickup. A $40 order... the tacos had little to no lettuce and very very little meat and cheese. They were thrown together by someone who obviously didn't give a crap. Everybody working here was stupid. Ordered the food 10 minutes before I got there, then waited 20 more minutes to get my food. One of the workers opened the paper straw before setting it on the nasty counter for a customer. The doors were also locked so people from the inside had to open the doors for other customers. Employees knew about this issue and still did not act in anyway to unlock the doors. Nobody was running the register so someone from the back came up about every 5 minutes to serve customers. I with my whole heart believe a group of 4 chimpanzees could run this place better than the workers. read more

This Taco Bell in Choctaw is clean and has EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I always have a great experience.

My mom and I stopped by around 9:30pm. Usually around this time I notice most drive-thru staff are exhausted and not the most outgoing. However, there was a very nice young man who took our order at the drive-thru. He was incredibly sweet and very thorough while taking our order. His tone of voice was perfect! We couldn't see his smile through his mask, but you could tell there was a genuine one under it. Thank you for awesome service Choctaw Taco Bell! It does not go unnoticed. read more

Hardly puts anything in their burritos. I've been here about 7 times total now and every time is the same story. Lots of tortilla little inside it. At one point I ordered a chipotle chicken grilled that had 1 piece of chicken and a spoon full of sauce. I simply do not recommend paying these high prices for a tortilla. The workers are nice and ordering is fairly quick that's the only reason this gets 2 stars. Will not be returning until I'm getting what I'm paying for. read more

SO SLOW. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, as I thought it would surely pick up after the new wore off and they'd been open a while. It's been months. Tonight the drive thru took over thirty minutes, and that's with the order sent through the app. At this point it's clear the problem is with the management and staff. For a new location there is A definite lack of training with the current staff this restaurant just opened and is absolutely filthy the parking lot is poorly designed every time we've driven by when there are cars in the drive-thru you cannot park in the parking lot which means you have to park on the street after parking on the street we went to the front door to find it locked then we went to the side door and came in. There were three tables sitting down to eat but every table in the building was filthy there were open ceiling tiles by the tv and the staff seemed more concerned with visiting and cutting up jokes behind the counter than helping customers. The fountain drinks are absolutely horrible which is odd normally can get a good fountain drink at Taco Bell but not in Choctaw. The food was served poorly and cold.The bathrooms don't look like they've been clean since they opened there was actually poop on the floor told the lady at the counter who Shrugged her shoulders at me. I was waiting on my food at the counter there was a gentleman standing at the cash register with a receipt and a food item in his hand I'm guessing it was an incorrect order he stood there for at least 10 minutes without the staff ever acknowledging that he was standing there eventually he just left. read more

Service is terrible. They got my order completely wrong. Charged me for what i ordered and left out half the food. The worker in the window kept swiping my card and it kept declining, because he wasn't using the chip reader. I literally had to tell him there was a chip in the card( obviously you can see it if you look at the card) and it went through. And it took about 20 min to get the food read more

This location is a semi rural area so many folks have to drive 8 to 10 miles for "fast food". I normally cook at home but wanted something quick this evening. It was after 9pm so it wasn't peak time yet I sat in drive through for over 20 mins. with only three cars ahead of me. By the time I got to speaker we were down to two cars and yet I waited over four more mins. and was never acknowledged on speaker. I left and went to Braums about a block away, ordered, had my meal and was already leaving within three mins. THANK YOU BRAUMS for knowing how to efficiently run a business and not ignore your customers. I won't go back to this Taco Bell. read more
